Worst experience I ever had from a store. I ordered a Xbox series X with all access. This is a promo through Microsoft to pay with payments interest free and it includes the system and 24 month Xbox game pass ultimate. Now when you order this bundle you don't get a code for the game pass ultimate it's in the system when you turn it on. I went and picked up the system and noticed the box was crushed. I asked to get another system and they tried to exchange it. Best buys system is so trash that they couldn't exchange the system so they returned it. They then said we can't refund the game pass because it's a digital purchase. So I asked for the code. Said you have to wait or talk to the digital team. I called them and they were useless. I spoke to the supervisor there because the general manager could not be bothered. Supervisor said I need to call Microsoft to get this resolved ?. Bro what??? I bought it from you. Either give me a code or my money back. They had me call citizen pay which nothing they can do cause they are just the payment people. Basically best buy doesnt know what they are talking about in the store and phone level. I was so fed up I went to the BBB to put in a claim. A few days later I spoke to Muhammed in corporate. He literally fixed everything and I'm grateful. 4 days of nonsense. Supervisor saying I'm trying. Store GM doesn't care enough to come out. They had $922 tied up for over a week. And made me feel I will lose my 387. After all my money was finally returned I got the system and everything from Walmart. I'm never going to shop at Best buy again because they simply don't care at the store level.

I spent the last 2 days waiting for a tech support person who never showed up for the appointments. Need computer support for new laptop, I bought Total Tech support. Call centers are all overseas and have no ability to resolve any issues. They can only continue to set up appointments with a tech support person who seems to MIA!!! I will have to go to a real computer store and pay more money for assistance. Disappointing and a complete waste of 2 days. And please know I tried every way to get support.

I bought what was supposed to be a new microwave that was damaged in about 4 different ways. The only resolution they gave me was to wait 11 days for a replacement. No discount, no concern. Someone used this microwave before, broke it, and Best Buy clearly did not give due diligence to weed it out before reselling.

Bought new refrigerator was decline credit card they told us with best credit people has been decline and people with bad credit approved so was offered in house financial least but wouldn't go through because couldn't find our account just after setup application was approved luckly we paid with our credit cards already had n later found out $699 was refrigerator after least it double after interest rated which we never was told at time we bought it in store than took week delivery for refrigerator
