DO NOT COME HERE JUST BECAUSE YOUR INSURANCE RECOMMENDS IT. All of this is stupid stuff that could have and should have been avoided. Learn from my mistakes. Progressive recommended this place when I hit a deer. From the beginning, I dealt with Tristen, and that is where I'll start because every step along the way has been a problem and only to now be left with two different headlights. One is a Halogen and one is an HID.
When I dropped my car off, I was showing Tristen the damage and I told him by the way, my spoiler or my wing, I believed one of the bolts had come out when I hit the deer. There was a hole for the bolt in my trunk and I explained to him it wasn't like that before but I knew that it had bolts in it holding it down. He argued with me for 5 minutes that there wasn't a bolt and that it was taped. I asked him to ask someone else who would know and he said he would. I left my car, I'm not even sure for how long they had it the first time, but it ended up being over a month all together.
So I picked my car up, they didn't even try to fix my spoiler. I was just going to take it somewhere else to have a bolt put in rather than argue with Tristen again. I got home and realized the hood is completely on wrong. There were gaps and it was sitting funny like It wasn't put on right and definitely wasn't checked. I don't think anything was. So we already planned to take it back the next day, and that same night, we notice one of the headlights fogging up from moisture getting in it. So I had to take it back because of careless work done.
Tristen blamed the careless work done on poor management, people quitting, and being short staffed because of it. After I had left he called to tell me he fixed my hood but that until the headlight fogged up again he couldn't fix it, just to bring my car back when it fogged up. I had to quit talking to Tristen because he was talking to me like I was stupid...maybe it was because Im a woman, maybe not. So my boyfriend had to call to get him to do his job and fix my headlight.
I finally went to pick up my car again for the second time. They had my car altogether over a month. Tristen tells me this time they fixed my spoiler or wing for the inconvenience. I said oh there was a bolt, he changed the subject.
This whole claim was 6000 and I paid 2000 out of pocket and I don't even have two of the same headlights. I called Caliber Collision 4 times to fix the problem. Chad, the General Manager, never bothered to call me back.
I have never dealt with such poor customer service and management...guess he was right about that.
And I already emailed them for when they respond with an AI generated response telling me to email them.

From the moment I was greeted at the front desk to the day of pick-up, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My husband hit a deer in my red Mitsubishi, and it was my first time at a repair shop. The ladies up front helped me into a rental, and Tristen texted me every step of the way! He was so kind with my questions and made sure I felt taken care of. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My car exterior was squeaky clean at pickup! Thanks everyone 10/10 recommend!

I unfortunately hit a deer with my vehicle.
The vehicle was taken to Caliber per recommendation of my insurance company.
The inspection was done and repairs were started and I was given a reasonable completion date. Upon completion of vehicle being put back together damages were discovered that had been missed during initial inspection. This created a delay that resulted in issues of vehicle going to a Honda dealership for repairs. Then we had to deal with technician on vacation , holiday, and no one to pickup vehicle and get back to Caliber . Not an experience that I care to repeat.

Update: As you can see from the response, they requested I reach out to resolve the issue. I did reach out and have not received a response. It's been 3 weeks. Also, I was able to find Your Honest Mechanic who repaired the damage caused by Caliber. Another $450 but my vehicle is operable. I wish someone from Caliber would admit to the negligence.
I wish I could give negative stars. I dropped off my vehicle to have damage from a fender bender repaired. They did that. Fine. Then they told me my blind side sensor box was missing and did I want that repaired. I said, “Yes.” After 2 failed attempts of ordering the correct part and having to pick up and drop off my vehicle 3 separate times, I discovered the rear hatch of my Denali no longer worked. There was no electricity to the latch. I assumed this was a simple mistake. I brought the car back to have Caliber’s technician fix whatever was done to cause it. 2 days later I receive a call from an insurance adjuster that they are totally my car because the wire transfer box had been cut and HMC no longer makes that part. Caliber’s agents told my insurance company that I must have cut the wires. Caliber held my car hostage until I paid my $500 and signed a liability release. It feels like no matter where you go someone is trying to take advantage and lie. They destroyed my vehicle.

Brought my car here after dealing with car accident while I was working, ended up needing my bumper replaced and side panel, back door and wheel cover. When I dropped my car off the damage was the only issue with my car, everything worked perfectly fine. Upon picking my car up, I drove home and my husband just happen to be driving behind me and noticed that my brake light weren’t working nor were my blinkers. So I called to tell them the issues and they advised to bring my car back in and it would be fixed. I showed up a few days later, due to having major surgery and not being being to get back there right away and when someone looked at my car I was told it’s a dealership issue and I need to take my car to a Nissan place. But after a few words were exchanged they took my car to the back and came back within 10 minutes saying it was fixed. While standing outside giving me my keys back, the gentleman basically told me it’s a temporary fix and my brake lights will go out again because of a previous issue. I am very annoyed because my lights worked just fine before dropping my car off here.

I wish I could give negative stars. Took my gmc in for an insurance claim after a deer hit it. My hood is setting to high and the new headlight assembly is not balanced. Fast work but not right. After taking my truck back to caliber for the hood to be readjusted and the headlights balanced, the truck is still not right. I would highly recommend anyone in a collisions NOT TO USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The biggest problem is I was supposed to have a new grille put on my truck, but it was not. After talking to the staff “apparently” the grill was on back order and they were going to call me when it came in. Quite honestly I feel they were trying to
Scam my insurance for a profit. Either way very poor work was done and it will be fixed correctly at another body shop, that can do
Honest work.
