Horrible experience! I drove from Greenville a 40min drive to get a front alignment I was recommended to this place! The day of my appointment I called to make sure I was still good, they told me that my schedule was pushed back until the next day.. I had to call them and get that information before driving from Greenville, they did not call to inform me. Following day I called as soon as they opened to make sure my appoint was still good. They said yes, I drive there again and AGAIN it was pushed back. So I waited 2hrs!!! Before I go back up there to see my car has not been touched and they pushed it back.. again without communication, I drove from Greenville for nothing! Do not recommend!

Horrible service and do not call back! Do not trust! They will lie and say the fixed issues when instead they try to rig the car and in process create more issues! They do not have knowledge on simple mechanical work, like putting the right gas in and causing more issues! They will over charge you and say they did work they did not do, and on the work they did do you will find they did not fully complete as the mechanical job requires! I had to take my car to a real mechanic who found numerous issue with the work that was done previously at Callaham Automotive! I spent 2000 with them and issue was never fixed after months of them having my car! Also essential bolts were missing on the work they had done(some being a safety issue)! I will never recommend or take my vehicles back there! I hope this saves someone the trouble of going through the same thing as I did!

I have paid for a part & labor. Still haven't got the part in. Every time I. Call they tell me it's not in and someone will get back with me. Horrible service

Stay away. I took my vehicle to them in June of 2023 and I just got it back march 16 2024. They told me they were buttoning up a job so I paid them $998 for the work they performed and when I went to pick up they left for the day and that was back in June. Their communication is non existent, they broke my radiation and JB welded it and that didn’t fix it. The wires to my ECM had burnt and instead of calling and telling they tried to fix it and Jason the owners son even said they could have fried the ECM. I brought an ECM back in August to them. Then I didn’t hear from them for a couple months and when I contacted them I was told they lost my number… how if you have paperwork with my number on it. Long story short my ECM wasn’t bolted back down, cap for PS was missing, fuse box cover gone, engine cover gone, and hoses weren’t connected. I will contacting the BBB and filing a report with small claims because this is ridiculous.

Went here a couple weeks ago for my Mazda 6 2008, changed the ball joint, arm and just recently an O-ring. Cheap prices, fast work, and the most kind people. They truly care about taking care of their customers, and I have NEVER been somewhere that is as quick and on top of things like they are! Definitely recommend them and will be back if needed :)

I highly recommend Callaham's. They are the best of the best, most affordable, thorough, helpful, friendly and responsive people I have ever dealt with. Three garages quoted us over 1500 for a repair and they had all misdiagnosed the problem. This includes the dealership! Wechecked with them and they knew exactly what was wrong, quoted $100 and ultimately, charged less than that because it didn't take quite as long as anticipated. They use quality parts and they are quality mechanics.I will never go anywhere else as long as they are in business.

I took my car three different places to get my tires balanced and finally the guys at Callaham's Automotive got my tires balanced correctly & super friendly. I would recommend Callaham's to anyone needing a good mechanic.
