Easy in and out. Have 4 new docks for receiving. They're straight ahead when you pull in the gate plenty of room to maneuver. Dock 1 is a slight blindside if someone is in dock 2 but they left enough room to get backed into it. Forklift operator is awesome fast, and friendly.

A little out of the way, but easy to get in to and plenty of room to back up at the new docks. Guy unloading was friendly and quick. No overnight parking... But, there is room to fit a truck and trailer between the gate and road if you had no other option before morning delivery and you're willing to risk an unhappy customer.

Arrived a day before my appointment forklift driver was so nice and respectful accept to unload my load because company has told me to go straight for that day
Lot is small but not hard to back up got be careful a little bit on your turn.
