Brand new 2025 3 months old car. Undue stress on me when I went to Caliber the first time to get my car after repairs were supposed to be completed. The repairs were a mess: missing paint, dents, loose wires, bumper not flushed with fender, and paint running on the hood. I was asked if I wanted to drive my car home after looking at this mess. I told them NO I was not driving my car anywhere until the repairs were done right. A suggestion is to not show a customer repairs to a vehicle when you know the repairs are not right to just prove the insurance company wrong!
