I had to remove my front bumper to replace the headlamp this body shop installed. The aftermarket headlamp turned yellow within a year. They tore apart the wiring for my fog light and Jerry rigged it with electrical tape. They lost the dust cover and 6 of the tabs that hold the bumper to the car.Take your car somewhere else that doesn’t take shortcuts.Service: Body & Trim

Owners are not professionals and need training on customer relations. Hard to see why any insurance company would refer this business that is out of step for being a public business. Would not give any stars if this app would allow. Appears this business has been sold and that is a good thing. Now the former owners Mr & Mrs Personality can go back to their dungeon and share hate and discontent amongst themselves.

My mother had her Lexus repaired here. Paint has an almost matte finish to it, bumper doesn’t align with the fender, overall sloppy job.

Great to work with. Plus good rates. Hope I don’t need them in the future. But if I do, I will call them.

I was in a little fender bender 5/23/22 and Carriage House was recommended. Mr. Ernie and Joyce are absolutely beautiful people. Always extremely nice and very friendly. I appreciate them for getting my car back on the road. He kept me in the loop on everything concerning my car and I even got it back a day early.

Very rude receptionist! I asked to get an estimate and they refused. She kept telling me no and that their March. I told her she didn’t have to be rude and she just said I’m sorry and hung up!

My car was hit from behind in early December. I immediately went to my insurance agent so they could process the paperwork and send the bill to the other person's insurance company. I chose Carriage House Collision for the repair work because I had prior good work done there. I patiently waited and called back about a week later to schedule a time for the repair, but they were not ready. So, I called back a week after that and they needed to take some more photos. I called back a week after that and was told that they were not going to deal with my insurance company any more, and I should find another repair shop. Well, they wasted 3 weeks of my time! Why didn't they just tell me right up front they didn't want to deal with my insurance company, and I could have had the car repaired elsewhere by now. Or, they could have, out of decency and respect for the customer, simply gone ahead with the repair on my car and stopped dealing with my insurance company after the repair on my car. Would that have been worse for them than the inconvenience and wasted time gave me?

Very quick, professional and honest appraisals. They work with the insurance companies so it was hassle free for me. Even do head light restoration at a very reasonable price. I have used them for over 15 years and will not even consider anyone else. They have been in Anderson for many years and are very professional. Highly recommended.

Lady over the phone was very very rude, interrupted me to say nobody there will give me an estimate until an insurance adjuster gave me an estimate themselves (Which is understandable!) Her tone of voice was belittling and even said “Allstate is an awful company when it comes to repairs and estimates.” Clearly won’t get my business and anyone with Allstate should find someone who will respect their business and insurance company. Terrible.

So I after my accident, I wanted to bring my thousands of dollars worth of business to the collision center that Ralph Hayes recommended. I was greeted by a woman named Joyce that was unnecessarily rude, for no reason, and turned me over to a man that tried to be helpful but she screamed in the background to hang up on me. For reasons unknown to me - I was never rude to her - she turned away business due to hurt pride, or a figment of her imagination. To the business owner - is this deranged lady an asset or a liability??
