This place is a joke. They're just looking for extra money and not willing to fix issues they cause. Don't waste your time or money by coming here.

They rocked. They had me quoted, on the racks, and fixed prompted, for a very respectable price, and they explained everything clearly and concisely. I would recommend them for sure.

HORRIBLE....I walked into this store thinking this was a good deal. I price shopped brakes (ceramic) and rotors for my car. Total was $195. I saw Brakes 4 Less had the package for $199... oh wow, that's a no brainer. Right around the same price and I didn't have to do any of the work. Seems good to me. When I'm in there I over hear him say to another customer that the brakes on her car are factory ceramic which means she would have to pay the $299 price. Only later to find out he tells me the same thing. He offers me the option to get organic pads and keep it in the same price range of $199. So I agree. They do the inspection and tell me more problems.... rotors can't be resurfaced so I need new ones, hoses are closed so I need new ones. BUT, however they did put on the organic plates and hardware.... for $199. I would have to come back in 30 days to keep the warranty of them. They first quote me a price over a $1,000 and then we finally get to the $199 price with an understanding that I would be back to pay an additional $224 for the new rotors and cables. When I called the only number you can find (the 800 number) they tell me that resurfacing of the rotors is complementary and the price of $199 stands. This is the biggest rip off. I literally paid $199 ($219 with tax) for some organic pads and hardware... really? I really wish I had investigated them more before jumping into a decision to have them do it. BE WARNED.

I can’t say that I’m totally pleased with coming here. I didn’t know better. If I had the knowledge of brakes etc. it may have been a diff story. I got charged 549 for rear rotors and brake pads. It says they change the brake fluid. I don’t think they did. I can’t say for certain. It was done not in a hour like he said. He was done in 30 min. He stated he had 3 guys working on it so it was quick. My wife went off she apparently knows more about brakes and prices than I do. The brakes work great. But the over charging on parts was high. They cost less than 75 for what he gets them and charged me 134 for each rotor. Mind you it was only the rear. It was a Saturday afternoon, frigen hot as heck outside I wasn’t in for traveling around trying to find a mechanic right then. My car had suddenly started grinding pretty loud. I didn’t know if it was pads wearing into rotors or what. He diagnosed it and I said ok. When he was done my wife went off on him because of the prices and that we got ripped off. Lesson learned: consult your wife she may know more than you think. She was right after reading over the paper receipt . I’m more disappointed after the fact. My reasons were like I said last min on a Saturday brakes grinding. I made that decision and I’m still paying for it the next day. Listen to your wife.Service: Brakes

They weren’t busy when I arrived, and they had an estimate ready in about 20 minutes. When they itemized the parts cost I was somewhat surprised. Rotors at $188, each for the front, and I chose ceramic pads. You can buy an entire front brake kit by Power stop with slotted and drilled rotors and ceramic pads for about $180 for my vehicle on Amazon. Since it has been in the high 90’s, I decided to allow the front brake rotor and pad replacement. I ended up getting out the door for about $538 for the front brake job, my calipers were good. All the employees were professional and they attacked the job as a team. Impressive. I was out in about an hour, they did a good job and they corrected the warped rotors I had. Good guys doing a good job, 2 year forty thousand mile warranty. I would say that 90% of the time, they won’t be able to turn rotors and be in spec, and their prices listed will seldom be delivered. But, they were probably still cheaper than the Ford dealer across the street, and you’re in and out quick. My personal feeling; the markup on parts is rather excessive. However, you have to consider the business overhead to operate such a business. They should reduce the part markup in my opinion. But if I am unable or unwilling to do the job myself, I would probably still use their service. Good work guys, keep it up, but try to get the part markups down.Service: Brakes

Worst place to have your brakes done. Went there to get all four brake pads change. Ended up having to pay more just for two because they did not do what was asked of them. Of course their customer service was no help at all and agreed with their staff. Was even told by the customer service that, they of course want to make more money so that was what was done here.Service: Brakes

I saw the ads that said brake services were $199, $299, and $399. I made an appointment for 8:00 on a Saturday morning. I arrived on time and the folks were very friendly. They took my Toyota Highlander back quickly and within about 20 minutes, they had an estimate for me. It was $1015. I knew my actual cost would likely be higher than the advertised price since the signs in the lobby said STARTS AT the above mentioned prices. I was actually expecting $500-$700ish, so the $1000+ was a bit of a shock. I was getting ready to leave on a last minute road trip from SC to CO and UT the next morning and was planning on towing a utility trailer so I didn’t have the time to shop around. Luckily, they do have a 10% veteran discount (had to show my VA card) so that saved a bit. My vehicle was ready to go by 10:00 and everything looks and feels much better than when I brought it in.I dropped one star due to the unexpected higher cost, but the service was fast, the crew was very polite and professional, and I would recommend Brakes 4 Less to friends, although I’d advise them to shop around a little.

This was months ago but was reminded today when I took the already rusted rotor they claimed to replace. I took my car there to get new brake pads and did the 139$ package. Was then told it needed new rotors and that they could do the front rotors for me. I agreed and when they checking me out the total was over 1000$ for 2 front rotors. Literally the next day while driving I hear a bolt fall and my car shakes violently every time I brake. Do not go to brakes4 less

They were very polite and professional, honored the warrenty, even changed the whole set of brakes, no charge because of complications with the last set they put on. All done in a timely manner. Highly recommend...

I went to get an estimate and was quoted 1300 for new hoses, rotors, brake pads, and new hoses. I said I would get another estimate so another mechanic looked at it and said we did not need new hoses because the hoses on it were new. I looked at the hoses you could still see the factory print and numbers on them . I bought the parts for 500 and was quoted 1000 for parts. I would be very wary of going there.Services: Brakes
