Racist accusations, racist behavior, and no quality to behind their work unless you are a friend of the owners, I was once an employee until the racism kept coming to light

Went in for a car in limp mode. Every other place I called wasn’t able to get me in today to check it out. They were able to do it, and had it looked at within 20 minutes of me getting there. They shot straight and told it like it is. That said, they didn’t try to beat around the bush or upsell anything.I’ll be coming back.

I have used this company in the past and was always treated nicely. Today Dec. 19th I called to see how far out they are on repairs for body shop and was treated poorly. I’ll never use this company again.

The guy that writes estimates at the body shop needs to be more nicer, and friendly, with customers!!

They are not good at communicating and at this time, would not use them again. Cannot speak for their work quality because work is not done.In short, needed a thermostat replaced and work was started a week after drop off only for the mechanic to start on the 7th day and then not come back from lunch. It has been a pain communicating and a rental car during this time costs more than the repair.

I had the passenger side window regulator in my car replaced at CMS within the last 5 years. Initially, they left a speaker gasket off during reassembly, but I recovered it from CMS and put it on myself. Within a few weeks of the repair there was looseness and delay in the window as it went up and down. So, I took it to the dealership where they adjusted the cable correctly (this time) where it attaches to the motor, and that solved the problem. There was still an odd noise every time the window went up or down, though. As it turned out I had to have that window regulator replaced again a few weeks ago. This time I used the dealership and I am very happy with the dealership work. There is no looseness or odd noises this time. The repairman at the dealership mentioned the noise I had been hearing with the repair 5 years ago and said it was because of a very loose screw that attached the window to the guide rail in the door. He also mentioned that the screw fell off when he took the window out. Well, that's sloppy work and it was irritating. In this case I found out about poor mechanic work years after the work had been done. But, in most cases, I'll bet you probably never find out about poor quality work. CMS probably does a lot of excellent quality work, but in this case the workmanship was very poor. I was going to skip the review, but I felt it was important to pass along my experience.

These folks are a rip off! After my RV sat there for a month,..they wanted to charge me more than 3x's what it should have been. Most of the things that needed repair,..they couldn't or wouldn't do THE WORSTgarage that I have ever been to !!!I will definitely warn others to steer clear of them!!An hour and a half is what a real garage charges for replacing 2 filters. That, and 2 other small repairs should have came to like 2 hours and maybe 15 minutes,.for a grand total of about $220.00- $250.00.They wanted about $943.00 !!!BUYER BEWARE !!
