I see a lot of people complaining about long lines but, if you do self check out you usually don't have to wait but, a few minutes tops. The store is very clean and the staff pleasant. Always good variety and always lower prices.

Went to get somethings for lunch tonight at work. When we went through the self checkout, I over charged me $1+ on a couple thi. When I brought it to the attention an employee, he told me the price changes were n the system but the stickers haven't bn changed. Wellafter seeing a ew news stories on different walmarts over charging at the self checkout. I have to say, " WATCH THE WALMART ON LIBERTY ", they are doing it now as well. Always check your receipts and use an actual register.

I was on hold for 20+ minutes after a woman got an attitude with me over a simple question. I never got the answer to the question and was hung up on..

My wife and I used to go to this store all the time to get the majority of our groceries. Lately though, the store has changed quite a bit. The help is ok. They are are friendly and helpful enough, but the problem I have is that they never have enough registers open. You can go in this store on a busy evening and they may have 3 or 4 registers open. People will be lined across the store. It may take you thirty minutes to get through the checkout. I know businesses are having a hard time finding people now, but until they get this straightened out, I believe we will continue supporting the Target down the street. They have most everything we need and have plenty of registers open. It never takes us more than ten minutes, even on a busy day, to check out. I would love to go back to walmart, but they have to do a better job for their customers.

I went to the Walmart tonight at 8 PM to return a couple items. I walk to the customer service counter and the lights were off and no one was behind the counter. So I walked to the closest person wearing a yellow vest (employee) and asked if customer service was open. He replied "No, we had to close it early, I believe he said 7:15pm, because they ran out of money"! Like WHAT??? I didn't need cash, I just wanted it put back on my credit card. So I asked another employee, "So customer service closed early tonight because they ran out of cash?" This one told me they closed it early because they were short handed on employees, and had to pull that employee to go run a register. The first guy could have told me the truth! I don't see why she had to go to a register ....they never have but 2-3 check out lanes open at any given time anyway! This Walmart SuperCenter, at Liberty Highway has always been the WORST Walmart I've ever visited since Walmart's opened. The store itself is nasty dirty inside and the grounds outside the doors is gross too! From now on, I'll drive the extra distance out of my way to go to the store on 28 By Pass if I need to go to a Walmart at all!

I called to find out information about a product. The person who answered the phone was less than pleasant. She put me on hold and I remained there for 6 minutes before I decided to call back. The second call, they found a similar product Brit before I could ask another question she hung up on me with no warning.

By far the worst Wal-Mart I've ever been in, but unfortunately for me it's the one closest to where I live. My #1 pet peeve with this particular Wal-Mart is, they are constantly out of stock of everything I need to buy... and to make matters worse, when something is out of stock, it usually remains that way for a long time. The other day I went in and everything I wanted was out of stock - head light bulbs, engine oil leak stop, and coffee creamer. If they do have what you want in stock, chances are it's not in the right place. The shelves are arranged haphazardly - items seem to be wherever the last customer left them - so it's hard to tell the price without taking the time to compare the UPC code to the shelf label. Who has time to do that for everything? Also, there are way too few price scanners in the store. There should be one for every few aisles. There is a much better Wal-Mart across town on Hwy 28 Bypass. You can tell that store is much better managed than this one, based on things being in stock and where they're supposed to be. Or, if you have time, drive up to Easley - that's the best Wal-Mart in the metro area (in my opinion).

This was once a great and cheap place to get oil changed and new tires. The place has really gone downhill and is now a shadow of its` former self. It doesn`t appear that too many people use the Tire and Lube here any more. On my last visit, it was vERY dirty and I almost fell on the dirty oil soaked floor near the lobby area. It is sad to see how bad this place is now. It is used to be very professional with happy faces and great service. i will not go back now.....
