Worst bank I have ever had!!! They don't deserve a 1 for a review in my opinion. Their fraud department is terrible. My card was hacked and I lost almost $1000.00 that I never got back. They decided to try to text my landline phone instead of my cell then the fraud department contacted me after 5:00 pm so I couldn't talk to anyone at the bank until the next day. I talked to multiple people even someone higher up at their main branch. They said I needed to fill out paperwork, make a police report, and that I needed to start contacting the stores where my card information was used. I did everything they asked.Needless to say my money was never recovered and nothing came of any of this. They made me waste my time for nothing. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

There is a large black lady there that has a condescending attitude and goes above and beyond to make you feel unwelcome at the bank lol treatment was bad customer service needs work she did not seem like she was there to help at all it seemed like she was more interested in throwing around the minuscule amount of power she holds it was not a good experience definitely did not make me want to come back

After encountering obstacles with other banks to opening a Qualified Income Trust to help my father qualify for Medicaid, I was starting to become desperate when I contacted Community First and had the pleasure of speaking with Amy Troxell. She and the rest of the bank staff made the process of setting up the QIT quick and painless, and provided a gift for opening the account to boot! Mrs. Troxell and the other ladies working there were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Thank you so much for helping make my father's longterm care affordable.

This is a very friendly bank and helps out in many ways according to your own situation, they take care of small businesses very well.
