After going through the setup process, paying for the unit and administration costs, I downloaded the app and was walked through setting it up. A few hours later, I go to unload the first load into my unit A01 and the lock doesn’t work. After several minutes of trying to unlock the unit I call customer service and have to leave a message. After waiting for a while and no one calling me back, I place a second call to customer service and was offered a replacement unit for an additional charge to my credit card. I declined the additional charges and left with a load of items still sitting in my truck bed. I was told the charges were reversed and put back on my credit card. It hasn’t shown up yet. I will keep you updated.

Love the self aspect, but there should be more than 1 cart in the entire building. Also can’t get into the bathroom and no one ever answers the phone to help

I just moved my items from the StoreEase units in Anderson. I was a little concerned using the app to open the doors and my unit. I couldn't believe how easy it was and how helpful the staff was through the whole process. Great place and staff. I really reccomend using the Anderson facility for your storage requirements.

Best storage I’ve ever used! Peyton was incredible, called me right back and followed up with me later to make sure I was taken care of! I run a business so storage is important and I’ll definitely be getting more units here!

Water damage, mold, mildew. No assistance at location, no one ever answers the phone. I pay over $200 per month and many of my things have been damaged.

I used store ease for an out of state move to hold some belongings that I wanted in the new state prior to the move. It was easy and efficient. The virtual mgr threw me off a little bit Peyton made me appreciate the set up as he was personable and professional with my move out! I recommend them and Peyton is a great asset to the company.

I liked this facility a lot until it was time to close my account. My unit was great and clean. That said, it feels like a dystpian nightmare walking into an empty office to be connected to a webcam with a poor soul stuck at a call center. This is just another example of humanity being drained from everything. Human interaction would be nice, but at the end of the day, all that matters to places like this is the bottom line. The "front desk," though, is just creepy. It belongs in a documentary about how our society is all about the service economy and eliminating that service from human hands. Next time, if I rent another unit, it will be locally owned by a human being, not a verifical TV that screams "cheap shareholders".

Greg (facility in Anderson, SC) was very patient and knowledgeable about how the digital app supported storage worked, and didn't mind me calling hours later asking him to explain again. I really appreciate his help, kindness, and excellent customer service provision.

Upon arrival at the facility, I was unable to figure out how to enter. I went inside the office and spoke with the Virtual Host Greg. He was able to assist me. He was very courteous and helpful. He explained the process and made my experience that day a very positive one.
