This is the laziest cvs ever i didnt want to have to deal with this one but the other 2 cvs couldn't fill the prescription sat in the drive thru for more than 5 min yall see I'm pushing the button dont acknowledge me and when u do answer yall tell me its gonna be a few minutes yall need to do better smfh

I am not happy with this new automated system why do I have to leave a voicemail in order to never get a call back and when I'm trying to help a friend get his meds filled because he doesn't have a phone it wont let me because my numbers not connected but keeps saying the person doesn't match in your system but has been going there for a long time as well as myself it's BS why go and fix something if its not broke ifbi want tobtalk to someone thateans right then not 5 days later if I'm lucky in order to ask my question

The CVS at 109 is the best. Never had any problems with purchasing or shots. Love that CVS 😁❣️

Automatic system online says medicine ready then pharmacist will not fill it,this has happened 3times already,the man that is a manager at the pharmacy is very rude and cant even add numbers,take your business to Walmart it's 1000 times better!!

It has became such a hassle to refill prescriptions thru cvs. U can't speak to someone u have to leave a message and I hardly get a call back when I try to use the automation line to reil scripts it NEVER has my info me nor my kids can be found like it is such a hassle. Please get rid of the automatic phone refill bc it has not worked ever for me

Cvs was very clean, well stocked and the staff was excellent. Especially the cashier. I believe her name is Tatyana. Very very nice.

Couldn’t find my cvs phone number and I use it all the time at this store. The customer service is very very slow and not helpful at all. And the bathrooms were out of order. Very poor job cvs

They would not allow me to get my medicines ,Say I have to have my insurance pay for it i couldn't buy it with cash. I'm going to have spine surgy soon. here i am with no help hurting all night long.

Brittany is amazing and always speaks to me when I am in there. If I ever need help with my medications she is just really helpful making sure they get there on time and are ordered.

My husband and I recently had 2 encounters with the Pharmacy Manager at the CVS Drive-Thru on Greenville St in Anderson. First of all when you order a medication from the automated on-line system, it does not tell you that the medication is out of stock at that pharmacy. Twice we've gotten there to pick up a medication that was running out that day to find they didn't fill the prescription. When we questioned the Pharmacy Manager during the first encounter, instead of answering our questions, she said "she was not going to argue with us because she had had a bad day". So it happened again where we called in a refill on the automated system and when went to pick it up, the manager told us they would not have it for 3 days. Again when we tried to clarify why this kept happening, she told us "she was not going to argue with us again and she suggested we take our prescriptions to Walgreens". Walgreens can thank CVS for the great free advertising because that is exactly what we are going to do. By the way, I called 1-800-SHOP-CVS and filed a complaint and asked for a call back from a district leader. That was 5 days ago and I have heard nothing.

Dont have photos made here, they chop peoples head off in photo and then say it is out of their control. So i guess they no longer need any of my money at that store or any cvs for that matter. If they would have just offered a refund, i would have been happy

Employees like in here, makes me want to go online shopping only, and never step in another physical store ever again. Please install a self checkout so I can avoid interacting with them.
