“The technician at UBreakIFix was very helpful. The problem I had was with the tech support @Asurion. The person I spoke to didn't seem to understand the problem w/my daughter's phone when I explained what was going on with her phone. However this person seemed to be more interested in trying to promote the Verizon home protection coverage on all electronics... I told this person 3 times that I wasn't interested... He put me on hold for about 8 minutes. Then a different person came on the phone. She was very helpful.I say all this to say that when a person has a problem with his or her phone and needs to speak to a tech person @Asurion, the focus should be on trying to help someone figure out the problem with phone instead of only focused on being pushy with promoting this or that to the customer.”
