My phone was smashed and only needed the data. The guy at the counter recommended I only remove the data for $100 since, I already replaced my old phone. He said he'd call at 12noon the next day and he did exactly that. No stressing awaiting a phone call. This store restored ALL my data and swapped it seamlessly to my new phone. He was extremely professional and gave amazing advice to safe guard my data in the future. I would highly recommend this store for tech repairs!

I’m at Batteries Plus this morning and wanted to leave a positive review for Kobe. He took in my wife’s iPad for a battery replacement and did an excellent job explaining the entire process clearly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer questions so I knew exactly what to expect.

I’ve been to this location multiple times in the past for various battery needs, including iPhones and even my vehicle battery, and I’ve always had good experiences here. I’m looking forward to having the iPad battery replaced and will be happy to follow up with another review once the repair is complete, which I fully expect to be excellent service.”
