Update: I received several phone calls from managers at First Class HALT who were quick to apologize for the delay in getting our car serviced... apparently the message of timing/expectation didn't get communicated. However, the fact that they were quick to follow-up with me to apologize and promised to make it up to me went far above & beyond any expectations I ever had. So many businesses these days could care less and I must give these guys credit for going the extra mile. I will surely give them my business in the future.****
Previous comments: I know First Class HALT does good work, but they took nearly SEVEN HOURS just to complete an OIL CHANGE and TIRE rotation?!? We were waiting to drive to the beach and made an appointment for the Friday before Labor Day and brought our car in just after 8AM... we were told our car should be ready by 11AM, BUT we didn't end up getting our car 'til 3PM?!? So frustrating and messed up our plans to meet friends for dinner at the beach!!!

The team at H.A.L.T always does a good job. I am sure that when I get my vehicle back they have checked everything we discussed. I have even tried to say no it's this before, and they worked with me to show it was something else.

First time customer at HALT. Went in with RX350 Lexus for 40k service. Neat, clean facility. Greeted with a smile. Quite pleased with service.

Experienced an issue with technician leaving oil stains in the interior of the vehicle. Management was very responsive and understanding. They corrected the issue right away without inconveniencing me. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
