I called them at 430 they close at 5 just see what my girl appointment was well I was on hold for 30 min at 459 they hang the phone up we love the Dr there tht was been her doc for many years but I just can't the staff idk about them wow it would took less then 5 min to get the info I need needless to say after this visit we will be looking for another doc hate to do tht cause we really like Dr Sandler but tht was uncalled for

FCHC is exactly what I was looking for when searching for a new PCP. The staff was friendly and helpful and the wait times were minimal. It was easy to communicate with the physician and I all of my needs were met. I love the services they provide and am impressed with same day or next day appointment booking. By far not a terrible place. I've been a patient here for a while I'm just frustrated bc Dr Sanders just pushes physical therapy which I've done throughout the last 6 years with no help from it. Tired of doctors just putting a bandaid on issues instead of actually finding out what's going on for real, taking the time to listen without judgement, and fixing the issues when possible. He's not a terrible person but I just wish he would put more care in. I'm tired of doctors making me feel like I'm stupid for having concerns with my health, I have neuropathy, arthritis, sciatic, and now my shoulder feels like it's ripping Everytime I move it. I want answers, and actual help. Yet Everytime I go in I get told physical therapy and basically that I just have to deal with it, which hurts my heart, sometimes I want to wish my pain on doctors for a day so they will understand and take me seriously. I keep hope that one day a doctor will care enough to actually help me.

Great place for all your Healthcare needs. Everyone is friendly and I never feel rushed or unimportant. Only complaint is the phone system and trying to reach someone for appointments. Other than that, A1 service!*Update*Best medical office in Anderson by far! Katrina is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes her time with each patient so it is worth the small wait when you go into the office. All the staff that work there are wonderful and friendly. The lady that works the lab will brighten your whole week!. They have gotten much better with the phone service so it is easy to make an appointment or speak with the nurse if necessary. The in house pharmacy is an added bonus and you can get everything you need in one place. Definitely recommend 5/5

This place is awesome nurse lacy Johnson rocks getting blood drawn has always been a hassle for me. But she was so kind and gentle it only took one stick I’m a happy patient ❤️

I love this place; the nurses, staff and my doctor (Dr. Sanders) couldn't ask for better people. I couldn't ask for a better medical team. They treat me so well and answer my every need and treat me with the highest respect. I would definitly reccomend this to anyone who who would listen and have a need for kind medical help.

Watch out. They will charge you heavily.The staff is polite but doesn’t justify the bill. I will never ever go to this group.
