We visited the showroom this weekend looking for living room furniture for our new home and immediately received a warm welcome as we came in the door. Yovanna lead us through the entire warehouse showing us different ideas to make our “modern farmhouse, open concept” living area warm and cozy. She lead us through every step, to picking our fabrics for the sectional sofa and throw pillows, and even went to our new build home with us to be sure our selection would fit in our space and made suggestions on how to place the new furniture. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people that work there. It was an enjoyable experience and I know we will definitely be back.

I can not speak highly enough about my experience here. I had just left the gym, and I had my four year old with me (looking an absolute mess). My husband and I have been looking for dining room furniture for a while now. I had discovered High Point the day before on Google and wanted to check them out. I felt out of place being in shorts and a t-shirt. I remember thinking as I was walking in, "I should have gone back home to shower and change." Much to my surprise, I was greeted with warmth. Then, the lady walked me through the showrooms. She spent a lot of time with me. She got a tape measure for me, helped me move chairs around different tables, and was very patient and understanding of my little one being with me. I never felt judged. I ultimately made the best decision and purchased a table and chairs before I left. They even offered candy to my little one for being well-behaved when we were leaving. I am a business owner myself, and this was just a wonderful experience. I know how impacting good reviews can be for a business. I wanted to show my gratitude for such a wonderful and warm place to shop. They have a grand selection, and everything is priced well. I honestly was shocked by some of their prices. If you're looking for a unique piece or want something specific, this is your place to shop. We will be repeat shoppers for sure!

The shopping experience was amazing and unlike any other I’ve had. The help we received from Yovanna and Maria was over and above our expectations. The store has a great selection of furniture for any room in the house and all at reasonable prices. If you’re in the market for furniture I highly recommend you check them out.

Beautiful furniture great quality. They are so helpful and friendly. Honest and knows how to put pieces together you can show a pic of where you need pieces and they are great at making it happen.

If you’re in the market for furniture and home decor this warehouse is a must-visit. They have a huge assortment of high quality furniture & decor with very reasonable pricing. I love that they carry a lot of unique items unlike all the cookie cutter furniture stores that have a bland selection. The staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. Definitely stop in and check it out if you haven’t yet!

Just moved to the upstate and wanted to find a new sofa and some tables. Great staff and no pressure; answered all my questions and worked with me. Delivery went great but tables I got with the couch didn't fit the space. They happily put them back on their truck and I went back to search again - found the most amazing bookshelves! Exactly what I never knew I always wanted! Such a pleasure to deal with and everyone was so professional and nice. Did a great job from sale to delivery. Highly recommend!

so they've changed owners and the new owners are rude and have horrible customer service. I called to ask a question and the front desk lady was rude and hung up on me then refused to answer the phone. I will never go here anymore since the other owner left. don't go here people! I've left multiple voicemail and still nothing. I highly recommend shopping other places

Great source for those want to go big with reasonable cost for great furniture. Huge showrooms if you don't mind some heat. The staff makes up the cool part of the store. They're were great to work with. Caution you will like something.

This store is amazing! From the staff to the quality of the furniture! Everything was above and beyond what I expected! The prices were extremely fair and reasonable! This place allows you to order from craft master quicker than anywhere else! Highly recommend!!
