This could have been a 5 star but thanks to Will Zuber it's a 4 instead of a 3 star.. Just be sure to not use Dana as the finance manager and also watch the times they run your credit. Not one of the worst places to buy a vehicle but not the best.. but the Traverse is a nice car with good room in the inside.

The oil leak mechanics say it's just dust. They don't want to do the work under the factory warranty. I don't want to go back to this shop

Very misleading sales and finance department. I stressed several times I wanted a full coverage warranty on my vehicle and they reassured me several times that that was what I was signing for. Vehicle started having issues very soon after we left. Only to find out later the warranty is not full coverage at all when we needed it. Do not trust this dealership. Very dishonest. So disappointed. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Took my 2017 GMC Denali 2500 here and had some Sensor issues. Cornelius Bonner took really good care of me. Even though I was there all day he made it really relaxing conversing with him throughout the day. Everybody in the GMC department was really courteous to me. They fixed my problem and I would like to say thank you for the hospitality.

Today, as always, when I come to get my car worked on, there has been nothing less but phenomenal service & over the top customer service & satisfaction. I always leave with such a joy & I never leave empty handed !!A wonderful woman toady Kat took care of me from the time I walked in, to the time I left! Her bright smile illuminates & I can ?tell she loves what she does !! Super thankful for the people here -especially my peeps , Brandon, and Alan !! Super fantastic people !!!Thank you again for amazing service !

Bought a vehicle from Richard Kay Superstore. Good experience buying the vehicle, however when dealing with service center wasn't that impressed. Got referred to Toyota dealership since vehicle we purchased was used Toyota. They on other hand were very helpful. Would recommend purchase of vehicle but service center wouldn't recommend.

Paid cash for a vehicle on June 14 and as of August 4 we have not yet received the title. This was a $40,000 vehicle purchase! I was driving illegal with an expired temporary dealership tag for over 2 weeks because they failed to do paperwork and when they did finally get around to it they didn’t pay the correct amount. Might I add that we paid close to $4,000 for TAX, TAG and TITLE. They should not have sold the vehicle if there was a title issue!

I have experienced NOTHING, but issues with this dealership. I have had 3 different visits for service, including today & each time they did not make me aware of the wait time until I arrived. The wait times I've experienced have ranged from almost 4 hours to all day/overnight...

Service department is absolutely horrible, don’t even bother making an appointment because it won’t matter, your car will still sit there for days without being looked at. No really, y’all keep wasting peoples time, it’s not like gas is $5 a gallon or anything ?

I'm form Alabama & I was visiting my husband who is working in South Carolina & he is staying in Pendleton. While I was visiting my 2006 H3 Hummer broke down. It wouldn't run. The next morning, I called Richard Kay Chevrolet & explained my situation. I was supposed to be leaving back home that same day. The service guy told me if I had it towed over to them, he would get it in the next morning. So, I called a towing company & had it towed to them before lunch. A short time later I received a text saying my appointment was at 7:30 am the next day. By 11:00 am the next day I hadn't heard from them so I called & the service guy said they hadn't gotten to it yet. By 3:00 pm still no word so I called back. They still hadn't looked at it. I threw a fit. Finally, at 3:15 pm the service manager called and said they were pulling it in. At 4:00 pm the service manager called & said I needed a new engine & quoted me $9,000 for a replacement. A red flag went up. Come on, 45 minutes. He said I was borderline from having a hole in my block, my timing chain was stretched & my cam actuators were clogged. I asked if the engine was in pieces & he replied no, it's just like you brought it in. We only took off the bare minimum. I declined the engine replacement & called my cousin in Alabama who is a retired mechanic. I asked if he would come with his truck & trailer & haul the Hummer home. The next day he drove to Pendleton SC & picked me up and we went to pick it up. They charged me $145.00. I paid my cousin $500 for his fuel and time. About 3 weeks later my cousin had a chance to work on my Hummer. He scanned the computer for a code & diagnosed the problem. He went to the part's store & purchased a timing cover actuator solenoid for $32. At this time, I was visiting my husband again when he called me & said your Hummer is fixed. I couldn't believe it. I was happy & mad at the same time. I had a towing fee, $145 at the dealership & $500 for my cousin all for a part that cost $32 and is installed with one bolt. It has been driven for over 150 miles now & is running great. How many people have they done this to? How many people on fixed incomes have they taken advantage of? What happened to integrity & doing your job? I drove to the dealership in person seeking answers but couldn't get one. All they said is they are going to refund me the $145. But what about the rest of the money I spent? They are scam artist. I'm sick of people taking advantage of me. I just want honesty & professionalism.

To say that I am disappointed in the service department would be an understatement. My 2021 Sierra has been here since February 9th. I have been told countless times that it would be ready only to be called several days after and told something different. In the beginning they were waiting on parts. All the parts came in and I was told that it would be ready in a few days. A few days went by and I was told now they are waiting on tools. All the tools showed and I was told that it was a 4-5 hour job, then it was a 25 hour job and then a 40 hour job. They have now had all the tools and parts needed to complete this job for 3 weeks and still no truck. I drove up there and to talk to management because he wouldn't return my call and he told me it would be ready this past Tuesday 4-19 at the latest. I was just informed it would be another week. I have called the General Manager only to be passed down to someone else. The service manager told me that I would only deal with him moving forward only to pass me back to the service advisor. Even after I requested him to call me he still would not. The service advisor told me "he had too much on his plate to talk to me". The service department is incompetent and management is even worse.

I purchased a used car on 9/15 for my son. On Thursday the tire pressure light came on and the tires were fine. I called and the told me to bring it in. He took it on 9/21, light was back on 9/23. I spoke with them again and it was taken back up there on 9/29. Car was picked up on 9/30 and I was driving it on 10/1 and the light came back on. This time I was told I would have to pay them to fix it. Let me also add that each time it was picked up my son had to reprogram his phone to the car so they were clearly not fixing it just resetting it to get the light to go off. We are talking about a $20 part. If their customer service is no better than that I would not recommend anyone buy from them. I also asked what they had done the previous times if they had replaced it and was told they weren't sure. Stir clear if you want to deal with an honest business.
