Excellent customer service from the moment of getting my appointment, the follow up reminders for my appointment to the attention for detail of the service manager. She kept me apprised of every step of my service and didn’t do anything further with service without checking with me. I was extremely happy.

After a move to South Carolina, this was my first time at Granger Nissan to service our 2013 Murano. The service was exceptional! The staff did a full inspection of the car, highlighting what needs to be addressed, and what can wait until future services. I felt very comfortable, as there was a level of trust throughout the entire process. When something comes up in the future with this vehicle, I know that I have Grainger Nissan on my side to get me back on the road.
