This was an extremely pleasant experience. I met Bill "Spike" Scruggs, who really took his time to explain to me and my wife everything we needed to know, and more. We have had at least one Nissan in our family for 10 years, and due to the reliability of them, as well as the very pleasant experience we had in purchasing our Rogue, we intend to keep it that way, and will go to Grainger Nissan again. Mr. Blue was a treasure as well. They both have the empathy that is lacking and much needed nowadays in sales. I'd like to take them out to lunch sometime for making it an easy and pleasant experience.

At first I was very happy with the dealership. Not so much anymore. Bought a used Jeep and they promised they would fix whatever problem was causing the check engine light. It’s been in there shop more than I’ve had it and still not fixed. Items were stolen from the vehicle, garbage and remnants of lunch were left in the vehicle. Half a tank of gas gone, but the car still not fixed. It’s like they went for a joy ride, reset the code, collected their money and were done. Frustrated!!!

I am new to Granger Nissan as I bought my truck elsewhere. Granger never flinched at helping me replace my transmission within warranty and provided a vehicle to make me whole during the entire service period. We love them so much we just bought our second car, a Rogue, from Granger. Thanks to Brent and the service staff we are wholeheartedly Granger promoters.

Really exceptional service - Ariel and Johnny worked with me on my concerns, and even provided me a loaner car as I was driving from an hour away and had to get to work. Then a driver came to me the next day and brought my car home, took the loaner back. The work done on the car was great, and they noticed tires needed changing and brought that to my attention. The team is awesome, thanks everyone!

The customer service at Granger is top notch. They offered to drop me off and pick me up. It was really kind of them. Also their staff is super friendly attended and friendly. The only minor drawback was the length and time it took to repair the car. It was a full day repair. Other than that I would recommend Granger for other people.

Pricey but they do good work. I went in for service and they estimated 2600, then after they worked on it they found more stuff ($900 more) which I couldn't do because it was already very expensive. So they gave me what I originally had. Friendly staff and crew. Complimentary stuff in the waiting room which is NICE.

Anna reached out to me about buying my truck. I told her I was looking for a Honda. She got the best deal that she could get for my truck. Her boss Jenny gave me a good deal on my civic they’re top notch. Spike helped me after I arrived at the dealership. Best Selling and Buying transaction I have ever had !

I worked with Charles Straub and he was GREAT! Charles was very respectful of my time and gave me a solid test drive route and let the Nissan Frontier speak for itself. There was no pressure for me to “sit down now and let’s close this deal!” We agreed to talk again when we were both available. Charles made the process very easy.

Everyone, especially Brett, was courteous and efficient. The communication was the best I have ever experienced. Polite staff.Having been in the service industry for many years, I have never had that many updates in a timely manner and it exceeded my expectations. Loved the online quote and ability to ask questions before I signed anything. I was on vacation and the empathy Brett showed for our situation was very comforting.

I had an issue that nissan ultimately did a few months back that my work noticed and did the best they could for my safety. I brought my car into nissan for an oil change and tire rotation and they adv me of the issue and I brought up that the issue was something their shop had done previously as they were the only shop to of touched my car. They didn't question any further and fixed the issue. They were very apologetic and assured me if I found any issues in the future to reach out immediately. I was very pleased with them taking mine and my children's safety to heart and fixing the issue.

The young lady, Amanda Spearman in the service department was excellent, courteous and well trained. Maybe the best service rep I have ever dealt with. She was short staffed but handled everything extremely well. It is rare to find someone like this in an auto service department. Grainger should definitely take great care of this employee.

Excellent service throughout the process. Blake my salesperson was knowledgeable and confident he could meet my needs, which he did with professionalism and efficiency. Worked through all options, while patiently narrowing down my selection and ultimate purchase that I am very happy with. Highly recommend if looking for a no frills car buying experience.
