“Three days ago, I had to write a negative review due to an unpleasant experience with an inexperienced staff but I decided to delete it. Planet fitness replied promptly reiterating the fact that they strive for providing the best service to their customers and encouraged me to communicate this to the manager of the branch. Yesterday, I met Faith the manager who sincerely apologized for the incident and promised to resolve the issue promptly. I truly appreciate her and the customer service that planet fitness takes seriously. That made me regain the confidence I have in the gym which I’m a loyal member of for the past 4 years.

“I absolutely love this place! It’s fun, energizing, inclusive and hard! I’m always the slowest and weakest but I never feel out of place. I push myself hard at my own level. I would never work out as hard on my own. The functional aspect of the exercises is exactly what I need at 63. It’s made my everyday life so much easier being strong across the board.”
