Just another big box store in competition with Lowes. Maybe they need to put in a wine bar like Harris Teeter grocery!

I placed an online order for some spray paint. Drove 30 miles to get it, they failed to call me and let me know that they canceled the order and then were not able to refund my money back onto my gift card. Poor management and customer service skills. Will not be coming back here anymore

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Had a package stolen by a delivery driver of all people! The managers on duty and all the staff I interacted with worked tirelessly to make things right! Kept me up to date through the entire process, and even PERSONALLY DELIVERED the missing product replacement! I was speechless. Their type of customer service could change the world! Lol. Keep up the amazing work Ladies and Gentlemen. I appreciate you all entirely.Ray C.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to, and I go to Home Depot literally every day all over the southeast United States. The most unorganized poorly managed store I have ever been to in my life Concrete which everybody knows is extremely heavy. I use a lot pallet was pushed to the back of the rack, making it difficult to even get what I need there is stuff all over the place nothing is organized it’s all mismatch and thrown together I could not access the pro loading area due to they had parked a box truck there, and did not move it or start to move it until after I’ve already left the store and I need to load concrete on my truck not to mention Home Depot truck parked in front of the store that you have to drive around when you coming into the parking lot extremely rude and useless employees it’s worth driving 30 minutes to an hour to the next Home Depot

The phone line to call the store isn’t working and keeps dropping my calls. I’ve called over 20 times and can’t reach anyone and then tried to reach the Home Depot customer service line and that doesn’t work as well. I live an hour away and have questions about an order that was delivered to that location. How is anyone suppose to reach your store?

I went to Hartwell store to buy a shed I am disabled and had someone drive me. I was told they had a 20% discount at the Anderson store. But I have to go there and pay for it so I we drive one hr to Anderson. I was told by customer service I need to go to the pro section and speak to Mike waited 15 min for Mike he said no problem. He could not process it so we walk back to customer service the girl there also had a problem and would not give me her name. The manager named jasminr said oh we sold that on Friday to bad. She said Call the sales rep for Tuff shed or the company. To get discounts. The lady from tuff shed said that’s a Home Depot problem they have to give you the discount . I get her on speaker phone we Jasminr nope no discount for my inconvenience. Was told to Call Hartwell they are the one that sent you.

FIRST to let consumers know DONOT BUY A RHEEM WATER HEATER. We bought one from the Anderson SC Home Depot store and within a year no hot water, paid a plumber to repair it months later NO hot water paid a plumber to repair and this third time no hot water so I contacted Home Depot on Clemson Blvd in Anderson SC via phone and a female customer service rep instructed us to drain the heater bring it back and they would REFUND our money. On Friday 10/13/23 I went into Home Depot with my paperwork and another female customer service rep assured me if we drain the heater and bring it back they would refund our money. Today 10/19/23 we did as instructed by Home Depot employee and then was told No Refund only a store credit in other words we were lied to, misinformed…The manager Mr. Dorsey was of NO help as well with this situation. Also beware that Rheem currently has a class action lawsuit knowingly selling “defective” water heaters and not disclosing this to potential customers which makes you wonder why then are they still being sold by Home Depot stores.

Huge Home Depot with many choices. Maybe too many choices. Just my opinion. Dee was very helpful in the paint section. Not too crowded, and easy to check out.

Home Depot always has what I need. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well organized. I can usually find what I am looking for here. Great home improvement store for the DIY person.

We have been to Home Depot twice now and both times we asked for help with something and NO shows up or even bothered to help so NO more of my business. This is the Anderson store... I guess we should have pretty much got the same treatment at the Greenville ( Woodruff rd) store. But no more.

They didn't adding everything to the estimate, the correct measurement for the removal of the kitchen counterstop. The kitchen countertops being installed were the same as the removal. But then got a EXTRA charge for countertop removal due to a mistake on Home depots part. (Really don't like paying for someone else's mistake.)I also ordered and got billed for countertops (2 bathrooms) but they did not include the billing on the estimate for the disconnect and reconnect of the plumbing.Felt like these were Incompetent mistakes that should not have happen or were they done on purpose?, so the estimate was not so high. I got the call...sorry was a mistake... you still need to pay $$$ for the countertops removal. The same thing would have happen with the plumber.(whom never call to schedule). NO matter, I decided after dealing with Stabellas office (home depots countertops installer) and there incompetence, I was not about to deal with home depot choice of incompetent plumber.I ended up hiring somebody to do the plumbing that I knew and trusted. In short, the whole experience was a nightmare and I will never have home depot do any home improvement work for me EVER! nor will I recommend them to anyone. The only good thing I can say is the guys that installed the countertops were great.

Usually have a really good experience here. However, today 1:00pm, waited 35min for help to purchase a storm door. No one was available. Departed without my purchase.I gave 2 stars because the employees were extremely apologetic.
