Got me in as quickly as possible and got me out and absolutely handled any concerns or problems I may had in the past or concerns I do have now but she was very polite and respectful and handed everything that I needed to be handled properly and I highly recommend anyone going with H&R Block which I have been using for the past 6 years now myself
