Fantastic experience with this dealership! Sailor was our sales rep in 2021 when we purchased a new Hyundai Palisade and we worked with her again in August, 2024 on the trade-in and purchase of another new Hyundai Palisade. She is knowledgeable and professional, not pushy in the way some car sales reps can be. Jordan was also a pleasure to work with and we felt no pressure to make any decisions before we were ready. They were great about communicating via email and text, making the buying process so quickly and easy. We love the Palisade and highly recommend Hyundai of Anderson.

Went to Hyundai of Anderson to look at a used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The sales person I talked with was Jason. He was super friendly and not pushy for me to buy the car. Talking with him I told him what I was looking to get out of my car and where I wanted my payments to be. They did everything they could to make sure I left with the car I wanted and at the payments I was looking for. They worked quickly to get all the paperwork done, and I was driving home in my new car in two hours. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used car go see him and the people at Hyundai of Anderson.

Ok, I’ve been holding onto this review a long time, but enough is enough.
When I knew I wanted to buy a Santa Fe, I had called them three times. Each time, told they didn’t have the version I wanted, fine, I asked that they call me when one came in. Never got a call back. Kept getting blown off. Fine. I ended up buying one from the Toyota dealership. their loss, whatever.
But since then, getting any kinds of repairs has been a total nightmare. There have been three recalls. The first time, I called, they scheduled me, I dropped the car off. When I came to pick up the car, they HAD NOT FIXED THE RECALL ISSUE. “oh we didn’t have the part” ok, um, fine. They said they’ll call me when they have the part. Never got a call. My husband brought his car for a few repairs, they fixed his, but did the same thing on one of his recalls. We would even wait until they said they had the part before rescheduling and then they still wouldn’t repair it/said actually “oh no turns out no part yet” WHAT
to this day, my recall is not fixed. never can get them to order the part or fix it.
Now my antenna desperately needs to be replaced. The first time they transferred me to the parts department, after 30 minutes on hold it hung up on me with no voicemail option.
Tried it again today. Same thing. I’m done. If I really have to drive a few cities over to get my car fixed, I guess I’ll have to do it.
Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
