Great place to charge your EV. There is not a gate, so these fast chargers should be pretty accessible. Friendly staff offered a place to wait a long with drinks and snacks.

We had a recall for our Genesis G 80 and made an appointment for the service. When we arrived we were told that the service couldn’t be performed because of a technicality between Hyundai and Genesis. I asked to speak with the service manager, Adam Watkins. Adam admitted that it was an error for his people to schedule the service, since Genesis would not reimburse Hyundai for the repair. However, he authorized the service and our car was quickly and expertly serviced by his technicians. We are appreciative of Adam’s customer friendly decision and highly recommend this dealership’s service department. Thank you Adam.

On Saturday, we visited Hyundai of Anderson to purchase a 2024 Hyundai Kona and let me tell you……Sean was top notch!! He was very knowledgeable and made you immediately feel like family. He has a special connection with people. I was so pleased from our experience with our purchase. My wife and I traveled from CT to Hyundai of Anderson to buy a used car. The folks at this dealership are top notch. From the pickup at the airport, the ride to the dealership the next day and all the prep work and communication before hand to make the transaction quick and smooth we had a wonderful experience. One car is like the rest but dealerships are not. We would like to thank all the folks at Hyundai of Anderson for a great experience and exemplary customer service. I would like to HIGHLY recommend this WONDERFUL organization, and dealership. This is one ole man that wishes he wasn't retired, I would be so honored to be even part time employed by the awesome management they have. Dane Bell, the general manager, of both Hyundai of Anderson, and Greer, is an exceptional young man. He has gathered an exception group of people, who will Bend over backwards to make you very, very happy w/ anything you purchase from them. If I ever have a chance to buy another vehicle, it will be purchased here Hands down, Zeke, Master, our sales person all are exceptional people I would be proud to employ, if I still owned one of my three businesses I once owned around the area and in Indiana. I can not say enough to show my personal appreciation, God Bless all of you involved with this exceptional experience. All I can say, is I will NEVER forget my 63 Birthday and what they done for me and my family!! Best experience, ever in all my 63 years!! Except Jesus!!

Bought my 370Z Nissan Nismo here and loved the car ( Master Howard). Afterwards I went and had an inspection done and it came back with a few issues but nothing major. The issues I did have Hyundai addressed immediately. Zeek made sure I felt safe and comfortable with the repairs. Best used car experience ever, from sales to financing to repairs services.

First of all I'm very disappointed in this dealership. I bought my Hyundai from this dealership back in 2021. My car is a 2022 Hyundai Elantra sel. I've had no problems with this dealership until today when I went to have regular maintenance done. Where the oil changes used to be $19.99 they've changed the price by a lot which is very disappointing. Also I had the cabin air filter changed and it was only supposed to be $54 but apparently the price of this part has increased as well. I ended up paying $116 and that's a lot of money for someone on a very tight budget. I thought Hyundai was supposed to be a reasonable brand but I guess I was wrong. I believe I will have to find somewhere else to have my maintenance done . Also why should I reach out? They wanna keep a customer, they need to make an effort .

We came in looking for a new vehicle and really enjoyed our experience! We worked with Tori, who was great - she listened to what we were looking for and my concerns and was able to answer my questions. We were able to test-drive the vehicles we were interested in, and once we decided on the model we wanted, the financing went very smoothly. They even pulled strings to get a color we wanted of a hard-to-find model. Hyundai of Anderson provided a really great car-buying experience!

The experience was amazing. Had a great product specialist provide details about the car (Tori) and Jordan was extremely helpful and courteous. This is how car buying should be! Charles in finance kept the great service going as he explained the purchasing process. Looking forward to having a great post-sale experience with their service department!

The service department needs some major work!!!Scheduling is an absolute joke, I've never had to wait a week to have an oil change. Called another Hyundai dealership, and they got me in the same day.I purchased the top of the line vehicle from them and have nothing but issues. 1st, the horn stopped work, then the radio, now the windshield wipers.It took 2 weeks for materials to fix the horn and radio - caused damage to my interior (see photo). The representative said, "It's just a little scratch. We'll see what we can do."Told the dealership they lost my business...Was told "Oh well"

EZEKIEL IS AMAZING!!His Empathy and understanding to my car trouble situation was top notch! No one wakes up in the morning and expects car trouble, and when that's what happened; he literally worked my car in and it made my day! He explained what was going on with my car in a way that made sense. You can hear the sincerity and honesty in his voice and you know everything is going to work out.

We took our car for service. They were very polite and nice. They finished our car earlier than we expected, while we waited. They had a coffee bar, snacks, drinks, a comfortable waiting area and TV. I believe they had computers for public use and an arcade game, but I didn't use those, so I'm not sure.
