Their employee, Boris Kustanovych sent me a broken shattered Maserati Quattroporte rear window through a pay pal transaction.He did not want to refund me, but blamed Fedex for breaking it and filed a claim against them. Fedex only refunded him $152.76 of the $630 I spent for the window because Boris didn't claim its value or insure it for its value. He kept blowing me off saying he's wanting for the check and after only receiving $152.76 he wanted me to accept this to take his bad Ebay review I gave him off Ebay. He refused to refund me one cent and blamed Fedex for the whole thing. I escalated the dispute to PayPal (because Boris kept staling me) and after sending documents and photos to PayPal then to the FBI Internet Complaint division I received my full refund. Beware of this shady Ebay seller: BBAUTOPARTS
