“What a great experience we had at Diamonds-N-Gold Direct ! My wife and I walked in with a design idea for a gold and diamond ring for her. In just over 2 weeks we walked out with a fabulous custom-made ring – that fit both the design criteria and our budget. During the process Donna was our primary Sales contact, however we were fortunate enough to meet and work with the store’s owners (the Stitzmans), additional support staff, and the Ukrainian artisan who actually crafted our ring. This orchestra of people truly define what “a family business” is all about – they are not all related, but they function as a family. They work in unison to provide true service to the customer. Seeing them perform together, and their dedication to a common goal reminds one of the service that used to exist in America decades ago. I have had the opportunity to travel around the country, and around the world - but am so pleased that we found this gem of a jewelry store right here in Anderson. “RAVE! Torrey Payne at TMP Jewelers went out of his way to help me during the busiest time of the year, for me. My white gold ring was looking completely horrid. It was long past time to have it replated with rhodium, something that needs to be done periodically with white gold.I also needed it resized because I've lost weight. In less than 24 hrs my ring was back on my finger and the difference is stunning. Some stores send their jewelry out for replating and sizing, Torrey doesn't. The work is fantastic and pricing was at or below what other stores quoted. I am so happy! I found a new local favorite!”
