My child received poor care from the staff at this facility. I recommend finding a better place for your children.

Utterly disgusted by this facility in Camson. The supplies and resources are never up to date. The children are also fed the same snacks everyday. Basically it feels like if it meets DSS needs then there is no need to improve. When a child was injured because of a staff member’s negligence , the directors and owners ignored the situation. To make matters worse the staff member is still employed and continuing her negligence because she is friends with the director or owners. A lot of favoritism among staff in this building.

Unkind staff and Lazy Directors. If there is an issue concerning a child that puts their staff in an uncomfortable situation. They will cover it up.

Camson Road location. This place did not care about my daughter at all. Tenille dismissed me and my husband today, it was like she was glad she got rid of us. I guess if I had expressed my concerns to DHEC they would’ve listened. Dirty diapers, spoiled milk and ratios being broken. Bleached stained clothes. Clothes mistakenly taken. My daughter was punched in the face by another child. Picked up 3 days in one week with a dirty diaper. Was given spoiled milk for God knows how long (milk that was provided to the school). Her sippy cups weren’t being properly clean, there was food stuck to the inside. When I addressed the director at that time she just stated oh well you can take her cup home once a week. I then had to start bringing a fresh cup daily to make sure she was given a clean one. Addressed them about some scratches on her back one time and that was shrugged off. Had to repeatedly ask for her coat to be put on. Why would you have kids outside in the freezing cold with NO coat or hat on. I’ve literally stood and watched kids throwing heavy toys across the room at other children. This place seemed to be promising. And probably still could be. Would love to speak to the owner of this establishment but I am sure they no longer care and are glad to have us gone.

My daughter was enrolled at the Camson Road location from the opening week in October through December 13. We withdrew her because there were multiple incidents in which the staff was neglectful. From injuries in which the responses I received after questioning were "I don't know how that happened" to expecting 8-10 month-olds to be on a one-nap schedule because it's easier for the staff, I'm honestly disturbed by this facility. We decided my daughter's last day would be December 13th because they only fed her one bottle on that day, even though it was explicitly stated that she should be offered a bottle every 3-4 hours when she was enrolled. When I picked her up, she was in obvious distress due to hunger. The attempted justification for these actions was that she was eating some solid foods throughout the day, but my daughter should have been fed both. The staff stated that they did not offer the food because she wasn't crying. This statement alarmed me because it showed that since my daughter is a happy, docile baby, she was being neglected while attention was being given to other, more vocal babies. While the director of this location was very kind and agreed that it was unacceptable, I cannot in good faith send my daughter here any longer. Negligence was acknowledged, but I'm not sure what actions will be taken with the daycare workers moving forward. I am glad that the director didn't require me to pay for another two weeks, as stated in the contract for notice of withdrawal; this shows that they acknowledge their fault. For any parents who are trusting this daycare with their child, please be sure you are diligent in ensuring proper care is being given.

My 8mo old son has been attending the Camson Rd. location since they opened in October. Before that he was attending SSH. The caregivers and employees have exceeded my expectations. I receive updates throughout the day for every meal, bottle, change, nap, and receive multiple photo updates as well! My son has been sick a lot and several times when he was home sick his “teachers” would reach out via the app to see how he was feeling. They also provide a variety of enrichment activities such a reading, singing, crafts etc. The daycare my son attended previously did not provide those things for the infant aged children. The facility is always very clean. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend KSA-Camson to anyone looking for childcare.

Our 7 month old grandson attends the Camson Rd facility and we couldn’t be more pleased with the care they provide. My husband has picked him up on several occasions and each time he sees our grandson happy and content. They always up date him on his last feeding and diaper change.
