DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! This was the worst experience ever!!! On Tuesday, my female Boxer threw up and became a bit lethargic during the night. The next morning, I contacted my usual vet to see if I could bring her in that day. After telling me they were booked and would be closed the rest of the week for the holiday, they referred me to to Magnolia. So, I loaded up my dog and made the trip. There was no one waiting when we arrived. My dog walked under her own power into the building with no trouble at all. We were immediately informed of the $180 emergency fee prior to services, which I paid. After waiting for about 20 minutes for a room, we were taken back and had an additional hour or so wait before anyone came in to see us. Once the doctor finally made it in and I explained the situation, he immediately made it seem as though he needed to check her reproductive system since she had not been spayed. I DIDNT TAKE HER IN FOR BLEEDING OR MENSTRUAL CRAMPS. But whatever... I assumed it was precautionary and could be related to the case at hand. After doing a side X-ray and an ultrasound, they suggested bloodwork. The doctor told me that everything looked normal and recommended giving her an anit-nausia injection as well as a steroid and fluids. I agreed, since there didn't seem to be any obvious reason for my dog to be sick. They charged me another additional $388 and sent us out the door. Within the next 6 hours, my dog became extremely sick and appeared to be paralyzed from the neck down. Due to the holiday, I had to do what I could to help her until I could take her somewhere else on Friday. After arriving, they contacted Magnolia for my dog's medical records and X-rays to be sent over. Magnolia said they didn't have any information. No doctor's notes or anything! After the vet at the other office performed all of the same procedures Magnolia had done, plus more, it was determined that my dog had been misdiagnosed (or lack thereof) and had a severe case of heartworms, which was obvious on the exact X-ray which had been done two days prior. While at this office, my dog was tended to by a neurologist, a cardiologist and a regular vet. -Something that Magnolia didn't care or want to do. Their lack of knowledge about animals and diagnosis was overly astounding! I'm sure I'll get a "We're so sorry about your recent visit" apology, but they can save it for the next unfortunate victim. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP, TIME AND MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE.

Saturday October 21st I brought my 7 yr old lab mix in thinking she may have a partial blockage or bloat. Dr alex told us she had a tumor that was most likely cancerous. We immediately wanted surgery. He was completely up front and honest about outcomes and cost. He called us late that night and said she wasn't going to make it. My dog recieved a terminal diagnosis and was euthanized in less than 10 hrs. He was very empathetic and did not rush and gave us all the options. I'm still completely shattered but I am thankful we received a doctor that that was knowledgeable on the condition. Top 2 worst days of my life but I am thankful with how we were treated.

Thank you to magnolia vet for taking care of my Belgian malinois after she got attacked by a dog. Was a little more expensive than I had hoped but they gave her a great level of care so price doesn’t matter!

We visited Magnolia Emergency Vet due to the very sudden and serious illness of one of our fur babies last week. Dr. Alex and Tech Angela navigated one of the toughest days with compassion, kindness, and vast knowledge. We truly can’t express our gratitude to them both, and we’re so thankful Corrina received the best care she deserved. Though the genetic diagnosis was heartbreaking, Dr. Alex and Angela answered every question, explained all test results, and took the time to be in the moment with us. Though I know we all deeply wished for a different outcome, she was truly in the care of angels in her final hours. Highly recommend Magnolia for all cases! Especially in moments where you know your pet needs immediate care, I would trust no one else but them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Our fur babies are so important! I'm so thankful for the treatment I received immediately from the time I walked in. My sweet Nova was so sick and made a mess on the floor. The sweet receptionist cleaned it all up and made me feel so comfortable about the process. The techs I encountered were so helpful and so comforting! I wish I could remember everyone's names because I would love for all of them to get a raise! I have NO doubt that they saved my sweet baby! Thank you for being so great and giving us an awesome first experience!

We arrived with our dog as an emergency at Magnolia first thing on a Wed morning. Even with other emergencies there as well, we were seen promptly and the staff is fantastic, friendly and professional. Due to the severity of our dogs issue as seen in the test results and x rays, Dr. Gray quickly referred us to a specialist ER vet and made the arrangements for us to be taken in right away. Emergency surgery that afternoon and our dog is now on the mend. We are so grateful and will continue with Magnolia Vet as our local provider. Susan T.

Sadly my daughter had to make a very tough decision about her dog. It was an extremely painful experience for her. The vet and his nurse were very kind and patient with her and were very sympathetic. I would recommend Magnolia to anyone with a pet. We were told to take our time saying our goodbyes. I really appreciate everything they did for her and myself in this very sad time. Thank you.

We were in town for the weekend and our Golden Doodle, Finley, scratched open a cyst.Several other vet office’s recommended Magnolia for “emergency” vet services. We were handled professionally by their staff and Doctor. We were in and out in a timely manner with a full explanation of what they did and care after the visit.Would highly recommend and they will be our vet when we are in town.

We had to take our dog there for an emergency and they were so kind and compassionate. Today I took my dog in and once again just blew me away. It’s warm, inviting and caring place. The staff were wonderful! Worth the hour drive for me.

The care and attention they have given Zeus in his time of need and the attentive staff there is bar none the greatest! I would recommend them in your time of need or emergency services. The are busy being the most local hospital for miles around, but, be patient, they do care! The only thing that I would suggest to them or another Vet or Hospital of the like is to expand and add more of it kind in other regions. Around the Seneca area and down around Greenwood to take some of the pressure off of this one great hospital for pets. To also cut down on the wait times and crowding of 1 facility. I also know that is easier said than done. Just my opinion and food for thought!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience at Magnolia. This was my second time here, both for after hour emergencies, and I had a great experience both times. The front desk staff is very friendly, and the Vet and Vet Tech. were very thorough, wise, and patient. I highly recommend Magnolia for an everyday vet, or for after hour emergency care!

Been going there 14 years. Have had many dogs taken care of there i used to have 5.They all got operated on, and eventually as their respective times came, put to sleep. Now I have 2 more rescues plus 2 rescued kitties. I continue to rely on magnolia. Are they miracle workers? No. Do they charge a lot? No more than any other vet pretty much. Do they care? Yes but it is a business not a charity they have quite a few vets that want their salaries! Compared to prices up north they are very reasonable. The main thing is they have good support staff techs and front desk. They do work miracles sometimes. They're human.

I had a very good experience the other night when I had to bring my dog, Charlie in for emergency care. He was assessed and treated very quickly and all the staff was very friendly. For 10pm-11:30pm staff- they seemed in very good moods and like they liked their jobs and wanted to help us. They took blood, gave him medicine in house and meds to take at home. Thankfully, with their help Charlie is feeling much better. Thanks Magnolia staff.
