***DO NOT GET TMOBLE INTERNET ****Literally the worst customer service experience of my life. I spent an hour and a half and went to every local T-Mobile to get a gateway power cable for internet service and they refused to sell or allow me to get one at any physical location and pretty much said you are out of luck call the foreign call center for customer service. They literally have to send a new gateway box in order to obtain a power cord for it. Thats days without internet, no school work or business can be done until I get a new box over a simple power cable…No interest in customer service or helping whatsoever. Spend the extra money on spectrum intern I never had this much trouble over something so simple in my life. Don’t use “policy” as an excuse to have poor customer service and zero discretion. This has cost me money and lost customers over their poor customer service and horrible policy.

Didn't have the phone that I wanted for a friend as advertised,for the price on the their website. They wanted a much higher price for the same phone.
