I called Michael Hester state farm insurance on 10/20/2025 around 10am, I spoke with a lady, I for got her name, she told me that I could not back date canceling my insurance a few days, she lied to me, after I investigated it I found out that you can do it with state farm. That was all she said, I called back and spoke with another lady and she stated yes you can if you have the other insurance information, why did the first lady lie and leave it like that, instead finding out the truth.

When we call the office and Angie answers the phone, she ia always friendly and gets the answers to questions we have in a quick and accurate manner.

I love this group! Angie is my personal favorite! No matter what I need they always greet me with a smile and help me with whatever the situation or question. Michael Hesters office has been a part of my family's insurance needs for years and we couldn't appreciate them more!

The worst agent I ever had! Won't call back on claims reported no insurance coverage to finance company even though I transferred to another state farm agent. Probably just to spite me. Couldn't get my roof replaced when all of my neighbors roofs were replaced from the same storm. If you want frustration and dissatisfaction this is the agent for you

Everyone in this office is great, but today Destiny went out of her way to get all my needs met. Her professionalism, and customer service is top notch.
