It was fine, but it took a lot longer to check in and do all the paperwork, considering I had done it all online already, and some of the figures didn't match. Preferable to U-Haul, though. When you make a reservation, it is a real reservation in that they hold the truck for you.

Besides the employee being rude, because we wanted to rent a Truck. The truck didn’t have AC. We asked for a manager to call us about the employee being rude. It has been 5 days , and still have not heard from her. This was the 1st and last time we rent from Penske.

Had to sit outside for 2 hrs in 90 degree heat because they closed their waiting room. They also closed thier rest room and I had to use a port a John in the heat
