My wife and I had a great experience at Piedmont Honda, we were treated with respect and kindness, our sales representative was very professional and extremely personal. We felt no pressure to buy a car and he seemed to have our interest at heart. He spent a hole lot of time with us and generally wanted us to get what we needed.The name of the sales consultant was Conner Smith, we also talked to Stuart Beach and Conners supervisor

Truly a pleasant experience shopping for a new car! We had been to a few other dealerships around town and felt the difference in the peaceful atmosphere as soon as we walked in to Piedmont Honda. You can tell the team all works very well together by the way they all cooperated and were in constant contact with each other. Every employee treated us with care and respect. We worked with Neka Williams and we are so happy with the vehicle we bought and are confident that we got a great value! I will absolutely be recommending Piedmont Honda to everyone I know!

The service department is the absolute worst. We had our 22' passport there a few times for basic maintenance. The first time they filled the washer fluid with water during the winter months and it became frozen requiring new parts. That was on a family road trip which caused a huge delay in winter weather. The next time we gave them another chance and they didn't top off any fluids including the washer fluid after a lengthy conversation with the service manager. They gave us a complimentary service to try and earn business back. We took it one last time and after having the vehicle back and seeing the paperwork they said both cabin air filter and air filter were in immediate need of attention. There was no phone call made to ask about replacing these items. We will do them ourselves now but it seems they didn't deserve the extra chances. Better off at a quick lube. That's sad. Honda is great piedmont is not.

My car needed service repairs while on my way home to Charleston from a family visit in Seneca. The repairs were completed as soon as possible, while identifying and repairing a burned-out brake light. While awaiting the repairs, Piedmont Honda staff extended kindness towards me and my plight. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service.

Lyndon is a great sales person. I can tell he is customer oriented and very knowledgeable. I recommend asking for him when you go in looking for a vehicle! 10/10 customer service.

While I didn’t mind hanging out in the showroom while the regular service area was being remodeled, I can see how it would be a little off-putting for new customers to see folks just flopped around. It took a while for an oil change, but I had no where better to be. Coffee offering was good (pleased to see decaf available). Love the car wash at the end.

I started the search for my next ride in late July. I drive them until they literally fall apart and have been loyal to another brand for 25 years. I’ve lost count of the number of dealerships I’ve reached out to and have been surprised by the lack response or follow-up after an initial conversation, even after contacting someone connected to friends and family. I’m so happy that I took a chance on Piedmont Honda. The customer experience was above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships. Robert Kinney was quick to respond to my website inquiry on August 30 and has been the only one to actually follow-up when inventory became available. He and Jeff Wise in Finance were professional but easy to talk to and seemed genuinely transparent in our dealings, which is what we appreciated the most. Robert didn’t just make me want to buy the car he had available (in a color I didn’t think I wanted), he made me want to buy it from him. I worked behind the scenes in sales and marketing for 18 years and know what it takes to price and sell a product and have very high standards for customer service. I’m a tough customer, and he genuinely impressed me with how he handled everything from start to finish, including patience with my many questions. I look forward to being able to refer friends and family to Robert for all their car buying needs.

I called Piedmont Honda because an emission light came on and asked them if they could service my car. The guy told me to bring it by before 11 am and they could look at my car. Well at 2:15 they called me and told me my car was ready. My car was covered under warranty and they fixed my car for free. I have had a great experience with the service department and I thank them for the superior service they provided.Thank you againTina Meeks

Eric Cooley is the bomb. He has excellent customer service. I went in unsure about what I was going to get and I had no idea where to start ! & he was very patient & understanding. He definitely took his time with me. Thank you so much again for that ❤️

Piedmont Honda is our Dealship and is very professional and listens to my needs for care and service for our '21 Honda Pilot. I like to use the shuttle service while my Honda is being cared for by the team. The shuttle service will drop me off and pick me up so i can stay in action and not waiting for too long while my Honda is being serviced. I am able to do errands around the area or be dropped at home. Very kind and considerate services offered at Piedmont Honda. Please keep up the great work and thank you for your services and care for our investments with Honda.

I would strongly recommend Piedmont Honda! The sales people are very friendly and are not pushy which means a great deal. They listen to you and pick out the perfect car based on your needs. Jake was amazing through the whole process and very attentive! I will never go to another dealership!

This was the best group of people I have ever bought a car from. Got in around 9:30 and was at work by 1:00. They were fast and friendly. I will recommend them to any of my friends or family.
