The most under and worst managed placed I've been to in a long time. The people where rude thing my order and very rude telling to move forward to a parking spot. As if it hurt them to take my order.

Haven’t had any problems until now! Ordered online( 3/11/24) @ 5:10pm and was expecting to go through the drive thru and get my order! Only to have the employee tell me that my order wasn’t received so they can’t make the order without it being in their system. I showed them my online receipt and still they proceed to tell me no and also they can’t refund me my $85.93. So, the worker also let me know that I have to go through the app for a refund & that another person came in the store waiting on an order that they purchased on Popeyes website & they order wasn’t received at the Popeyes store. I ended up purchasing food out of my pocket so I could feed my kids. After that I ended up texting the customer service number speaking with Jessica and letting her know what’s going on for her to bribe me with 5$ on my Popeyes account which I told her I need a full refund because I never received my order! Jessica then proceeded to text me that 5$ wasn’t enough for me so can she just give me 600 loyalty points! I responded back with no, respectfully I would like my refund of $85.93! Jessica replied back with I will send this complaint to corporate for a refund but keep in mind they can choose to refund or decline refund and with a link too click on for her customer service review which by the way I gave 1star for the simple fact she was low bribing me! If I paid my money I want my money back if I didn’t get what I paid for! Either way they can refund me or I will have to make a dispute with my bank. Popeyes is starting to be a hot mess! They will soon shut down!!!!

This has to be the worst and most unprofessional restaurant in the upstate. Ordered through the Popeyes app pulled up to the loud speaker and waited and waited. Finally hear someone who was laughing say go ahead with your order. Told her repeatedly my order information and was finally directed to pull forward and be placed into a parking spot. As I was waiting every vehicle was directed to the same parking area in hopes that we would receive nice, hot, fresh Popeyes. After almost an hour I began seeing customers go inside with discouragement, finally I caught a glimpse of an employee delivering food who asked what did you have again. Continued to wait it out patiently and was brought a bag of somewhat of my order. Advised her what was missing from my $70 plus order and she says you will have to come in for that. Walking into the establishment I was told by several customers don’t order from here the customer service is awful, I advised them I had been waiting patiently over an hour. Finally someone inside gave me several missing things but advised I’d have to wait for the dessert pies another eight minutes. Needless to say I wasn’t waiting anymore, one pie available so I took it and forgot about the others after paying for them. Corporate, management, whoever this establishment will not be successful until staff is trained on customer service skills, cleanliness, and work ethics. Never will make this mistake again!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering from the drive thru. After I ordered they ask me to park up front and I sat for 30 minutes with no food. I went inside and they said other people were in front of me. No one in drive thru when I got there and when I went inside on 2 people inside for there orders. As I was going out the door a guy said I have been waiting 1 hour already and will never be back again. I never do reviews but this place takes the cake!!

The woman up front with the big mole on her lip is ghetto and has no customer service whatsoever. We ended up leaving and not eating there because of her bad attitude and rude communication .

Service was very rude, unprofessional, and incredibly slow. All I needed to do was pickup an online order and waited for 15 minutes.. when ask, I was told to wait a few minutes because they just couldn’t handle orders. Pathetic…
