I had the Poly gel nail, but I didn't know if that what I got, it was they are very pretty. I do not like them talking with one another while they are doing your nails $65 and I tip $10 I hope it was worth it and it doesn't hurt my nails.

When I first walked in I was a lil nervous because of the ratings, but my nail tech was so cool & his English was nice to understand. Depending on what you spend they are offering slushes. Thanks again Pretty Nails for being reliable a day before the Fourth of July. ? ?

Went in, assuming it was the owner or manager she was the only one greeting seating and doing nails. She was rude. Rushed through my gel manicure. Cut me several times. Nails are not even the same shape. She only did 1 layer and you can see my actual nail through the streaks. She missed the inside of most my nails. Needless to say I could have done a better job myself.Services: Exfoliation

Each time I go here to get my nails done it gets better and better. It's Jimmy and Kevin for me. They fix my nails perfect. Nay-Nay makes my eyebrows look spectacular. I have become a regular. Excellent service!!!!

The nail tech I had did not want to perform her job. Went for a pedicure, asked for Callus removal which is an additional cost, she didn't use the tool after I asked her to do so, told her not to polish my big toe because I injured it, she did it anyway. Needless to say, I'm not pleased with the service I received. If no stars was an option, that would be what this establishment would receive from me!???

I’ve been a customer with them for 15 years- FIFTEEN YEARS!! I’ve always left happy! Jenny and Henry knew me by name and I’ve even brought family here. Last week I had “chrome” polish put on for an extra 20 bucks- within 24 hours the top coat peeled off and they looked terrible. I finally had time to go back in today for a redo- (Jenny did them initially then redid them today) she said “I no charge you for redoing today”. I asked her about a 20 credit- “no we cannot do that”- we can repaint chrome- I said “no thanks, don’t want the same thing to happen” .. I told her “ you can choose to not credit me the 20 , and I can choose to never return to your business “ Guess she didn’t need my business anymore because she let me walk out..

Fastest pedicure ever if you're in a hurry. Unfortunately, my "massage" was about fifteen seconds and then she tried to charge me an extra $7 for callus roval which consisted of her rubbing my heels for ten seconds since I don't actually have any calluses. Was hoping for better. Very clean and prompt though.Service: Pedicures

I agree with what customers are saying. This is not a welcoming place at all. Very rude people here. The only reason why it gets business is it's in a great location (next to Publix). Go somewhere else where they are nice.

I have been using this place for 5 years to get my nails done for special occasions and this is the worst experience I’ve had yet. Granted the other times haven’t been very great either… I asked for a full set and a manicure, well I didn’t get the manicure and the man was not happy to make the acrylics short, as I don’t like long nails. I asked him to go shorter and he was vividly mad and did not do a good job after this, honestly was horrible after I asked. He did a very poor job and the clear part of my French is very splotchy and the clear coat doesn’t even cover the whole nails… and the white part is not even. I will not be going back and was very disappointed as a paying customer to be treated in this way when I was very kind in asking. Very very disappointed to pay this money for a job done this badly…Service: Manicures

DO NOT GO HERE! The employees do not care about their customers. They rushed my firends and I the whole time. They cut my friends cuticles with the drill piece and blamed her by saying she bites her nails. she tried to get her money back but they accused her of lying and said her fingers were bleeding when she came in. We had to wait an hour. My friend asked for just dip polish for her nails. she did not want acrylics. they continued to do so anyways saying her nails were to short. She also got a pedicure done and they just let her feet soak and threw lotion on her legs and painted her toes.Services: Gel manicure

Worst $20 I have ever spent. Came to get my dip nail polish off and the lady proceeds to dunk my entire hand into a hot bowl of water and acetone. She then cannot get off the polish leaving a strange substance on my fingernails. Never coming back again

DO NOT GO TO PRETTY NAILS AND SPA!!! The employees do not care about their customers. Me and a few of my friends went to go get manicures and pedicures. We had to wait an hour while they let other people that came in later go before us. My friend had told the employee multiple times that she just wanted gel polish on her nails. NO ACRYLICS! The man that was doing her nails was being very rough and was rushing during the manicure. He ended up cutting her cuticles with the drill piece. He also put acrylics on and kept telling her that her finger nails were "too short", and that she bites her finger nails "thats the reason they bleed." She also got a pedicure done (not a very good one). They soaked her feet in water and put lotion on her legs and finished with the gel polish. They did not ask her what pedicure she would like and did not give her their classic pedicure. The man that was doing her pedicure was rushing again to get it finished In the end her fingers were still bleeding and she didnt get what she asked for. This all cost $100!!! She tried to get some of her money back but Henry (manager) just told her it was expensive because of the gel polish. Henry (manager) ignored that her cuticles were bleeding. Saturday her mom called and they wanted to fix it and "do better for her". Henry said that she didnt want to pay because my friend is a kid and doesnt wanna pay for expensive manis and pedis. That was not the problem! So Monday my friend went up to the store and Henry accused her of lying and she did not get any of her money back.
