Phenomenal customer service. I’ve worked with Eddie for a large LED sign that I used outside my business office for a couple of years. He’s very professional, prompt and helps troubleshooting in the rare event I need help. I highly recommend him for your LED signage

We had a LED sign from a major supplier for 8 years that was nothing but problems, at times it was out for 3 months at a time, getting service was always a big problem. We replaced this sign with a sign from Prime LED USA. I was a little skeptical as the pricing was much more affordable. This was a couple years ago, we have had a couple small issues, they were resolved in quickly. Our sign looks great! I would highly recommend them for your LED signage needs!

Excellent staff. They know what they are doing. If you are not sure what you need for your business they will help you get exactly what your looking for. They actually give you options with different price ranges and not just try to sell you the most expensive thing. Honest group of people that I had the pleasure of doing business with.
