If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This pharmacy is in desperate need of a baby sitter for its employees. They do not do what is needed to fill your prescription in a timely manner. You will have to constantly call them for an update. They had 12 hours to fill a prescription, failed to reach out to the dr to approve script in the appropriate amount of time therefore I had to wait until the next day. Was promised it by 11am. Called to confirm, still failed to reach out to the dr.& could not give me a pick up time. I had to inconvenience myself & my dr by calling him & having him call the pharmacy to confirm so I could get my medication. Save your time, effort, and energy. Use Publix on Clemson blvd if you HAVE to use Publix.

Being a mom can be stressful. Being a mom to a college student adds a little more stress. But when you are a mom to a college student in a different state, everything is more stressful. So when my daughter explained she was having problems refilling and paying for her insulin with our FSA card through the pharmacy app, everything became big. I quickly called the pharmacy, expecting the same response many give, that there was nothing they could do. However, not this time. Ben, the pharmacist on duty was amazing. He listened attentively to my situation, even providing feedback, so I know he was listening to me. He then reassured me rather than telling me there was nothing he could do or passing the buck as many do. Being a pharmacist myself I can honestly say it can be a difficult job. So easy to pass the buck or ignore request as they balance all the different roles they must fill. Ben did none of those. He reassured me that to ask for him and he would take care of her getting her insulin. He quickly had a solution that accomplished both getting the insulin my daughter needed and reassuring this mom. This warmed my heart. Thank you Ben for rocking the pharmacist role today. Keep up the amazing job. And if you live near Anderson and are in search of a good pharmacy, give Publix a call at Anderson Pavilion, they will take care of you.

I always pay out of pocket for my sons meds and today I paid less than usual thanks to the pharmacist who applied a better discount. I believe it’s Benjamin. Thank you !

I drive 25 miles to get my wife and my meds there. They are such nice, professional people.

THE worst pharmacy in Anderson. The employees are unreasonable and extremely ignorant. They have 2 profiles for my Mother and every single month, she has issues with prescriptions, due to a complete lack of competency. This family has spent thousands and thousands at this store, but no more.

Had surgery took them over 24 hours to sign off on my pain meds. Went to pick up the meds they did fill and they were all just standing around. And if you have 3 or more prescriptions sent in at the same time, who knows when they will be filled. You'll get 1 in an hour, 1 five hours later, and you might not see the other for at least a day or 2.

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy in America. Yes sir your medicine will be ready morning only to drive 20 miles to be told that it can’t be filled for another week really???? It would’ve been real nice to know that the day before.

I pay lower prices at publix than at other pharmacies. Lisinopril is free here. Staff is very pleasant.
