I recently had the misfortune of visiting Quick Lane of Anderson, SC, and I must say that the quality of service I received was far from satisfactory. In fact, it was a series of disappointments that left me frustrated and questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.Firstly, I arrived early on two separate occasions to get a tire alignment, only to be turned away by the technician. It was disheartening to make the effort to arrive promptly, only to be met with a refusal to provide the service I needed. This lack of availability and organization is quite concerning, as it indicates a disregard for customers' time and needs.On my third attempt, I arrived with the hope of finally getting my vehicle serviced promptly. However, I was informed that there would be a four-hour wait to have my vehicle attended to. This excessive wait time is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of respect for customers' time and schedules.Overall, the service I experienced at Quick Lane of Anderson, SC, was nothing short of disappointing. From being turned away twice to facing an outrageously long wait time, it is clear that their commitment to providing efficient and customer-friendly service is severely lacking.If you value your time and are looking for a reliable service center, I would recommend exploring other options in the area. Quick Lane of Anderson, SC, has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the quality of service they offer.I am now at express oil change across town where their technicians actually show up for work and I was able to get in very quickly! taking a note they are organized and are very customer savvy

This is my last time I will ever come here. I have been getting my oil changed, tires rotated, and other work done here. Every since Jerry left here a few years back this place has become more and more shady they are always trying to get you to bus other stuff you didn't come in here for with your oil change. Every time I turn around they bring in an air filter and cabin filter to customers and say they are dirty. The lady at the counter brought my cabin filter in today and said it's not bad but its getting there and explained it's from the ac. I just replaced it in late November.

My son bought a 2022 Bronco base model. We went to Quick Lane to have New tires and wheels mounted. From the start Don was not happy to see us. Said we'd have a 3 hour wait. Mike came out with more bad news. We'd need 4 tire pressure sensors at $100/each and we'd need to get a valve stem kit. Left and went to another dealership. Totally different. Professional and no bad news. We didn't need anything. They provided the valve stems for $16 and never mentioned TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS. By the way, their prices was $60 each of we had needed them. Which we didn't. I felt Quick Lane didn't want our business in the least and ruined the good experience my son had there in the past.Service: Tires

Review from my husband: My daughter is in Anderson in college, I am in Florida. I called and was given good info on how to get in for repairs w/o appointment. I diagnosed the problem with the vehicle (rear hub assembly - bad bearing), and on my request, they ordered the part and my kid was in and out in 2 hours. No additional "you need this or that", direct and economical as well. Thanks to Carter and his crew. We will definitely use their shop in the future. Brian -
