Hands down the best experience I've had buying a new car.
In the past it's taken at least three hours with high pressure all along the way to buy a car. I did not look forward the experience.
I went in to buy a Corolla and worked with Ray Stratford. I knew what I wanted and he was great showing me the car, on the test drive and working up the paperwork. The whole process took an hour with no pressure. Ray even set up the Toyota app and connected it to the car for me. He went over the controls and the multimedia display. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They were fair on the deal and trade in value.
I worked with Misty Johnson in finance, another wonderful person to work with. She explained everything and had it done expeditiously.
If you want a great experience, this is the dealer to go to. Thank you for making an experience I was dreading a pleasant one.

Although I was not able to buy my soon coming Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter from this dealership, it was not by any fault of their own. I had a deposit on a inbound vehicle that kept getting delayed by the manufacturer and I needed to find something sooner as I am without a vehicle. I was really disappointed that I couldn't continue with Ralph Hayes because my client advisor, Rayla Simmons, is an absolutely wonderful person that made the initial steps very easy and she is on top of what she does. I wanted to meet her and her team to thank them but I am not local to there market. I work for a competitor and am very glad to give her an outstanding review.

A/C compressor failed on 2015 tacoma prerunner, Took to dealership, they run diagnostics and replaced compressor. IN ONE DAY!!!...superb! ..Now ice cold!

Took my 2001 tacoma to get serviced and checked out due to engine light being on. I paid for the scan and asked for the issues to be fixed. I was informed it was a bad thermostat and fuel air sensor to which I had them order the parts and fix less than a week from my first appointment. Both times, and both reciepts state multi point inspection completed. After first service my alternator went out, and was advised I had too small of a battery and wrong battery which was missed on the alleged multi point inspection. I complained which done nothing. Brought truck back once air fuel sensor came in and had them install and again another multi point inspection. Now 6 days later it's back in the shop and they are saying my hoses are dry rotted and leaking fuel, how was this missed. Needless to say toyota of Easley will be getting my business, this place is a scam as far as service stay away.

Today my mom bought her a brand new 2024 4Runner after having her older 4Runner for 17 years… 310,000 miles!!
We went in for a simple tire change and she walked out with a brand new ride! Thanks to Austin H. he was patient, kind and answered all questions she had! After the sale he was very appreciative! Thank you Austin!! You’re the best!

Brought in my 2025 Camry after getting a Hybrid system malfunction notification on the road traveling to Charlotte, NC . Called before I got there and the gentlemen that answered the phone was nice and told me to just come right in. Once getting to the dealership every was so kind, extremely helpful from the guy that checked my car in, the guy that moved my car, the cashier, the parts associate, even the Rent A Toyota manager. THANK YOU SO MUCH RALPH HAYES TOYOTA!

I was helping my parents buy a new Camry to replace their older one. I wanted to purchase a car quickly and easily over the phone. Ray Stratford was helpful and easy to work with. I got a fair quote right away, and they offered to deliver the car to our house, which was very helpful. Ralph Hayes Toyota was great to work with buying a car remotely. We just made a $1000 non-refundable deposit and they delivered the car with the paperwork to sign and took our cashier's check. I would definitely recommend them, and would buy from them again.

I’ve bought vehicles from here and had decent experiences, but I recently brought my truck for a oil change and they said I need a front/rear diff service, transfer case service, and an alignment. Though I just bought the truck a few months before and it was suppose to be up to date on services, whatever. They tried charging me $1,100 for it all. Seemed way high, I went to Toyota of Greenville and got all 4 services for under $500. Always get a second opinion people! 30 minute drive saved me $600. Won’t go to Ralph Hayes for service again.

Highly impressed with sales on the purchase of my new car. My sales guy was informative, patient and helpful. The lady in the finance office was very nice and didn’t try to pester me into buying any add ons. The internet sales manager was great about getting me information and putting a deal together. Hands down recommend.
