The one thing I appreciate was your honesty. You didn’t lie and try to embellish things wrong with car. You gave me a choice. I am a senior single woman. I appreciated the top offs that were free and the answers to questions were true. I have recommended you many times.

the service was great. the lady was excellent i didn't get her name. i just didn't like that i went to get a oil change they checked it and i asked them if it was full and it was but they didn't say or ask if i would still like to get a oil change or not. To me if its full then i wouldn't think i need a oil change and the first thing i would ask the customer if they would still want to get an oil change. I would give them an option not just its full and still change it. yes, i could've said no i don't want it changed after they said its full but i don't know if it still needed to be change maybe because the oil wasn't clean. who knows

Well first I took my newly acquired used car in for check up and ended up getting gaskets replaced, I was pleased and returned to do more work. Asked for the heat to be fixed and replace cv boots and axles but they only replaced one because they couldn’t get the other one out but never fixed heat problems only saying we did the thermostat but never checked to see if heat worked. Told I was going to get a call back but never did.

This is definitely my favorite Jiffy Lube location in the area, I live around thirty miles away but a peace of mind is worth the trip. They got my vehicle in quick and it didn't take them long at all to perform the oil change and bring my truck out looking cleaner than usual, very pleased with their politeness and efficiency... A satisfied customer!! ?
