The staff was so amazing! From my salesman, McCurry to Tim and Will, manager and finally with Dana in Fiance, all were very pleasant and helpful. All went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and know that I was getting the right type of car I needed and the best deals that they could offer. They stated many times "this is how we do it here at Richard Kay" I love that they show respect to not only their job, but to the boss(owner) that speaks volumes to me. I was able to see how much each of the employees really enjoyed and love their jobs. That is a great sign of any company they the company takes care of their employees. I would return and I would recommend all to go to Richard Kay in Anderson.

It lasted for 1 month and was almost 1000$ I had it worked on again in April 3025 it was over 2000$ it worked for 2 months now it is broke again 60 days later and they are saying 3200$. REALLY!!! And they always give us well it is this, this time or it is that. We said fix the ac. Not rob us. I would give a zero if I could. Really sad

Was quoted $5200 for job. Greenville dealership quoted $2800 for the same job. In my attempt to get additional quotes, a GM parts person in the Upstate told me he will not even sell parts to Richard Kay. Advance Auto guy told me "if you have them do the repair, make sure you ask to see the parts they took off". hmmm. Last year the quote was over 2k to replace a brake caliper. Not the whole brake system, just a caliper. This is the first review I've left for any company or product in years. Convinced there's something borderline illegal happening in the RKS service department.

Unreliable Service and Poor Communication at Richard Kay Chevy I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Richard Kay Chevy, and I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. My 2016 Chevy Equinox was towed to their shop to fix a stalling issue, and what followed was a series of missteps, inconsistencies, and outright negligence that almost left me stranded and distrustful. First, my warranty was not honored because I perform my own oil changes, which was disappointing but not the main issue. The car was repaired for a solenoid issue, and I was quoted a maximum of roughly $500. However, when I spoke to an employee (let's call him J), he tried to charge me over $100 more until I pushed back, and he quickly corrected himself to the original price. This felt deceptive and set a bad tone. After paying in advance and confirming the car was ready, I arrived to pick it up around 6:30-7:00 PM, only to find it completely dead. No one had informed me of this until after I had driven it home, despite their later claim it couldn't hold a charge. Thankfully, a lingering employee jumped the car, but had they left, I'd have been stranded. Shockingly, when I got home, the key wouldn't release from the ignition--a problem that didn't exist when the tow truck driver (and myself l) removing it without issue it the morning it was brought in. The next day, I received a text from the dealership stating the car couldn't be started and the key couldn't be removed, which was odd since the key wasn't even in the ignition when I picked it up. When I returned to ask why this wasn't disclosed, why a dead car was left for pickup, and how the key was removed previously, I got vague or no answers at all. The mechanic claimed the battery caused the key issue, yet the car started fine after sitting overnight, contradicting their own message. They couldn't explain how the key was removed before I arrived or why the ignition suddenly failed after their service. This feels like either intentional damage or gross incompetence. The lack of transparency, failure to inform me of critical issues, and quoting an incorrect price are unacceptable. Had I not known a mechanic friend to guide me through manually releasing the key, my car would be unusable. Even when confronted, the dealership made no effort to compensate or resolve the issue, leaving me uncomfortable trusting them to touch my vehicle EVER again. Avoid Richard Kay Chevy. The inconsistencies, poor communication, and disregard for customer care make this dealership completely unreliable

HORRIBLE. Quoted $10k for transmission repair. I declined repair to have my car towed elsewhere and magically the repair was only $1600 if I would work with them. TOOK ADVANTAGE of me being broke down on the highway. Had to call back 4 times before being "allowed" to pay $192 for an analysis for them to rip me off.

Hello, I came here with low hopes of getting a car due to my credit score & being a first time car buyer. Plus other car places have tried to place me in cars that were not nice at all.. telling me to build my credit then I can trade later. Which I understand but I would at least want to like my car I’m spending money on. Gabriel was awesome !! I told him everything and how much I had down. He showed me cars I would possibly be approved for. I instantly fell in love with a very nice 2020 volvo. 40k miles. Perfect condition. I had low hopes of being approved but I was!! I LOVE my new car. If I do trade in it would be to definitely get a newer version of this one. I highly encourage coming here & speaking with Gabriel! Thank you Gabriel!

Our experience with Richard Kay Superstore started over the phone being that we were 650 miles away in south Florida, from that point we talked to Rashad and our experience ended less than a week later picking up our new vehicle.
Everyone at the Anderson SC dealership was pleasant and Rashad was especially helpful in completing the transaction quickly and efficiently.
As requested most of the paperwork was completed prior to our arrival which helped us get on our way in a minimal amount of time.
The vehicle we acquired was the best price we could find anywhere and the allocation for our trade in was also higher than everyone we spoke to during our search.
I would recommend Rashad and Richard Kay Superstore without hesitation, you can trust them to be honest, courteous and efficient.
Signed happy customers Bob and Heather.

I bought a jeep and 3 weeks later it went nuts like the computer was out. I've left several messages for the manager to call me with no response. They originally told me it was a battery. But then I wound up on the side of 85 with 2 kids. I've been denied a loner car by them so apparently I'm just out a ride. I traded in and put money down bc I thought it was a reliable place. Now I feel let down.
