Please stop asking for my Sam's card at the door, I can't buy anything without it, right? Also quit letting the AT&T people try to sell stuff, they're really pushy and don't know how to take "no" for an answer.

Mixed bag at this Sam's location. Some of the employees look miserable, and have "not my job" attitude. But here are a few good ones. Suzzy is always excellent. On to the store, you can find some decent deals here, the atmosphere is a smidge better than Walmart, and the store is usually clean. One other thing to note, the cellular station isn't always manned, and there isn't a sign letting you know if they're on break etc. None of Sam's actual employees know where to find that person or who it is (a third party handles the cellular kiosk). Kinda sketchy.

Loving this Sam's they had an item that the Sam's club in Easley stopped carrying. I found this item at the Greenville location along with other needed items. I may have to bite the bullet and fight Woodruff road traffic, because of Easley's Sam's Club. A nice shopping experience though it was crowded, the check out lines moved very fast. A thumbs up to Greenville's Sam's.

The selection in the meal prep area was great and the quality was great! The store was very clean overall and well staffed. The checkout process was also wonderful with no line and all lanes open!

The store was clean and the cashiers were very friendly. However, I purchased some mulch and the cashiers asked a worker to help me out with them. He was extremely rude!!! I could tell he was bitter about having to help me out. I tried to be friendly and make small talk. I got grunts back, yes, GRUNTS!! Seriously, get another job if customer service is not your forte!! I thanked him when he was finished and got another grunt. I will travel to the Spartanburg store from now on!! I've never had that kind of service there!! Ridiculous that someone can not put a few words together and speak!!

Totally disrespectful in the Woodruff area location. I was wanting to look at cameras. Little did I know, that don't have them "in store". The employee said that don't sell them - at all. Well, I know I can buy them online but I'd like to see it in person. I'm dropping that kind of money I'd like to see it. Have the employees know what is sold online and in the store.

The Sam's Club was built before a tree ordinance was placed in Greenville County. The parking lot is large, but devoid of trees. The runoff water when it rains floods the area. With no trees to shade your car, returning to your car is like going into a burning oven. Please plant some trees in your treeless parking lot for the health of your shoppers and the environment.

Although most people are familiar with the concept of Sam's Club membership and buying in bulk, I feel like it's notable to mention that their pharmacy and liquor sales do not require membership. The beer and wine is located with everything else in the main warehouse, but the liquor is found in a separate entrance to the right of the storefront. The variety is not excessive but they do offer a decent selection of well known brands as well as house offerings, all for reasonable prices. This location also has a tire/auto shop attached as well as a gas station in the parking lot. It's conveniently located right off the interstate and Woodruff road but the parking lot only has one main entrance and it tends to get backed up with people turning in and trying to get out.

All of a sudden my scan and go doesn't work it's so annoying. Also they have days where u have to show your card when u come in. So annoying! Then other days you don't have to show it. And they get mad when u walk pass. MANAGEMENT GET IT TOGETHER KEEP UP ONE ENGERY AT ALL TIMES. Employees don't get mad at me for walking by I'm not reaching in my purse one day then another day u don't have to please make up your minds

I have both Costco and Sams Club Membership. Sams wins because of their app. I can go ahead and scan as I go and save time at check out. That's a huge win for me because I buy in bulk often for work. The manager has always been extremely helpful to me and willing to get extra things from the back to complete my order. The option for pick up is also pretty amazing and saves time!
