Please stop asking for my Sam's card at the door, I can't buy anything without it, right? Also quit letting the AT&T people try to sell stuff, they're really pushy and don't know how to take "no" for an answer.

No one was there for over an hour to assist anyone at this kiosk. No sign about leaving early, out to lunch, nothing. Might as well go somewhere else or even better get your phone online instead.

Mixed bag at this Sam's location. Some of the employees look miserable, and have "not my job" attitude. But here are a few good ones. Suzzy is always excellent. On to the store, you can find some decent deals here, the atmosphere is a smidge better than Walmart, and the store is usually clean. One other thing to note, the cellular station isn't always manned, and there isn't a sign letting you know if they're on break etc. None of Sam's actual employees know where to find that person or who it is (a third party handles the cellular kiosk). Kinda sketchy.

Very bad customer service. impossible to reach them by phone, you will be placed on wait forever. the tire department even worst. stay away!

I love sams club for home and my business. However, they recently reset the store and it is not efficient at all. So frustrating when you know where everything is and it’s not there anymore. Especially during this time when you don’t want to be in the store so long.
