I own a business and have a fleet of trucks we have taken here for many years. The past few visits have been nothing but a nightmare. One of our service trucks had a loose oil filter after leaving and lost a lot of oil. Today the hood was not shut all the way before leaving and they told us our account was suspended and after talking to corporate they said our account was in good standing not sure why we were told it was suspended. So I had to use a credit card for no reason. We are switching to take 5 across town and I suggest everyone do the same or go to a different company. This place has gone down hill greatly over the last couple of years. Just trying to save others headache.

If you value your car don't bring it here. ESPECIALLY if you're a woman. They either added excessive oil or just simply didn't drain it before adding more. unfortunately i didn't know it until too late and now my engine is messed up. they even tried to blame it on me?? I tried to work with them but i don't even think they really know what day it is let alone what they are doing to cars. on top of that i asked for them to note the fact they THEY said there was too much oil and whatnot and they handed me the report from last time i was here... like trying to pull one over on me... very frustrating as i out my trust into them and they abused it. 0/5 stars

Great group of guys. They do more than just oil changes. Small repairs priced better than any shop around.

Very honest shop. I was previously told I needed to have my rear brakes replaced and brought my car gear to have them done. The mechanic took the tires off, looked at the brakes, and told me the pads and rotors were fine and didn't need replacing. There honesty saved me money, which I appreciate. I would not hesitate to bring my car back here for service again.

No longer a Shell station, it's now a Marathon gas station but same ownership, great people. Always helpful and polite.

Pulled up for an oil change with no expectations- it's a quick lube oil change. From the initial contact until I left, they were nothing but professional. Explained pricing options, looked up my Buick information to ensure proper service and actually checked everything on the list! Most places skip a few checks or give you uneven tire pressure. Not here - all 4 tires were correct and exact.I know, as I said it's just an oil change - but dang, it was a great one.Raising my expectations!

Not a good experience at all. Rather than explaining what was done during my oil change, the manager gave me unsolicited political advice and proceeded to say I was offended. I was just confused because mechanics typically walk you through what was done. I merely went up to pay, and the manager ranted on a sign I had inside my car on the floorboard...? I go into these conversations with an open mind but wasn't expecting to be personally attacked during an oil change for the love.

This business needs to have its open and close hours available online because it is 1:25 a.m. I'm running out of gas and I took this way because it seemed the closest gas station to my location that was not closed unfortunately it is closed due to being misinformed about it's ours I'm now stuck on the side of the road thank you
