The people aren't very helpful. They are to busy putting out shoes. I bought one pair and brought them back ,hurt my feet. I live 40 miles away. I want shop there again.

Zero customer service.My wife went in there with her 83 y/o father asking for assistance finding a particular shoe for him. The store attendant wouldnt lift a finger to help so they just left.

The shoes are cheaply made when you're looking for lace up kids' tennis shoes. Half of them are also in the wrong boxes, so good luck finding your size. They also no longer do half off a pair unless you buy 3 pairs. So disappointed. ?

I had originally ordered a pair of shoes size 11 women but they sent me the wrong size. I exchanged them for them to ship me the right size and they still send to wrong size. They need to actually look at the size that is being. It’s ridiculous!

Not one sales person asked if they could help me. I was in the store around 20+ minutes looking for shoes for my son. Different brands - walking the isles. Workers didn't even speak.

Great show store - clean, well-stocked, with super helpful staff like Hannah - kind, helpful, courteous & efficient! The show selection is updated & they have most sizes or can order them for you. I’d always prefer more sales & more wide widths in stock - but they sure do try! Thanks!
