Love this place. The products are good and the cigarette prices are really fair but, the 2 staff members make the place. Unfortunately I haven't gotten their names but ones a very thin young man and the other a middle age lady. They are very nice and make you feel like family. They deserve a raise.

Very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my vaporizer, and the clerk helped me without trying to sell me the most expensive items. Good place to shop!

I went in for a corncob pipe. I bought a cherry wood one instead! Beautiful marbling pipe...salesgirl was pleasant, prices are reasonable. Definitely will visit again.

terrible customer service. been shopping here for years and was told numerous times that i could only switch a vape if it never left the store. The owner hyped me up to spend $30 on vapes and literally both vapes tasted like an almost dead vape. When asked if we could switch it, the manager said once it’s open it’s ours. I understand the concern of money, but switching two $15 vapes for the satisfaction of a valuable customer was doable yet declined. The attitude and manners of the owner were off putting and i will not be shopping here again. I feel bad for the nice lady that works for him. She is always kind and never argues with customers. terrible. awful vapes. awful service. wouldnt fix my issue when my vape didnt live up to the standards he persuaded me with. i paid $50 and its embarassing to the lady that works for the man. He is rude and can’t even fix issues in his own store. Vape tastes old on first hit. Waste of money, time and breath.

I sent my bf here to get a pen. I sent the cart I was using so he could show him what kind of pen we needed. They waited until my bf purchased the pen to tell him the cart was broke and he wouldn’t be able to use the pen and they wouldn’t let him return even though he was still in the store and never took it out the box.

Purchased new disposable device, was instructed to make sure my device hit fine before i left, I told her it tasted burnt and she assured me that the taste would go away. After leaving, I continued hitting it and the burnt taste did not disappear. So I called up asking if I could get it replaced, they told me that a burnt taste on a disposable device was not considered defective, so I was not able to get a refund or new device. I even asked to buy a new one at half price and they couldn’t do anything to help me. As a small business owner I could never imagine treating frequent customers this way. I would also expect them to never want to come back. Which I won’t be, Vapor Nation has never done me wrong. Your money will be better spent there. Don’t go to these crooks. They told me to hit it after THEY assumed it was 90seconds, trying to save themselves, reviewing the camera footage, guess they didn’t see the cashier instructing me to hit it… horrible response… horrible ownerMind you this is all over a device I paid $15 for..so who knows what they pay for it, probably not $15 right? So they would rather hang themselves over $15 instead of making it right. Makes absolutely no sense to me, I spent almost $70 this time alone. I’ll never be going back, they clearly need every penny. Their worried about the $$$ not even interested in customer loyalty. I told them it didn’t taste good when I hit it first, and they still let me walk out the door. They knew they made a sale and were happy to keep my hard earned money instead of giving me a better device. Why tell me the taste will go away? And then when I say it didn’t it’s my fault?
