Trying to just get a simple car wash without a monthly subscription was a nightmare, three different cards and the machine refused all three. Thankfully we had cash, but absolutely ridiculous

I came in the store the other day to buy livers. I was greeted ny Jamael. He was very helpful and friendly. He ran the register and helped everyone in the store. He was running around helping everyone with a big smile.On the other hand, Ethan stood at the register on his phone the whole time. He kept his head down looking at his phone.There was a lot of people in the store and Jamaal was helping everyone. Ethan needs to work and not be on his phone. Jamael gets 5 stars alone!!!

The worst and last experience I’ve had at a Spinx for anything other than gas out of necessity. Waited 20 minutes for my food, asked for a refund and the food came out. Mind I only have a 30 minute lunch break, so I wouldn’t have time to eat it anyway, they ask me if I want the food or not before they give me the refund. Absolutely not the whole experience left me shaking with no appetite. This is unacceptable and any business ran like this should not be in business.

Be Careful what you ask a Spinx employeeOn the morning of January 1st 2024, I was wrongfully and unlawfully trespassed by Spinx store #248 in Anderson, SC. I was never asked to leave. An employee called the law on me simply for asking her a question. She obviously took personal and accused me of calling her a racist. She told my wife (not me) she was going to ban me from the store. She didn't like the fact that she had to do her job every time she saw me. According to the law you have to be asked to leave the property before being formally trespassed on paper then if you come back after being formally trespassed on paper then you get arrested for violating that trespass order. On The dating question January 1st 2024 I was never asked to leave the police told me they just didn't want me there no one came out of the store to tell me that I wasn't allowed in the store anymore or the property. By law because the private business is open to the public I have permission to be there until someone tells me I'm not allowed to be there anymore. I actually thought that as I wasn't allowed to be in the store itself not the property I thought it would be okay to pump gas since the machine takes dollar bills or to go wash my car at their car wash. After I was coerced into signing the trespass order the day in question, I went back to go wash my car and I guess they saw me on the video camera washing my car and they called the police and I was forced to turn myself in now I have to go to court for violating and unlawful trespass order for doing nothing but exercising my constitutional right to freedom of speech which is a direct violation and a federal offense against them. That goes to show you the kind of racial profiling that goes on here in the south the employee is Caucasian and I am Hispanic so I was singled out for exercising my rights as a human being and being disrespected in that manner for doing nothing. The risk management guy told me that he was going to do an investigation and that he would get back to me the next day and I still haven't heard from him they won't take my calls at the corporate office I try to reach out to the owner Mr Spinx left messages and still no one has called me back to ask me about the details of what happened that day those are the kind of people who expect to stay in business by treating the people they work for like trash like we're not worth anything they forget then if it wasn't for the customer they wouldn't have a job they'd be working somewhere else but that's okay there's a God in heaven who sees everything and eventually it'll all come out to the light and they will be held accountable for their wrongdoings against others. I also informed the Better Business Bureau about this incident. Amen to that.
