The staff is great but the rest of my experience with them has been a nightmare overcharging me and then saying it was their mistake but not being able to give me my money back but they would give me credit towards my bill unacceptable will never do business with them again

Unprofessional with reference to merger with Sprint.... Had been with Sprint since 2001...after implementation of 5g and merger with T-Mobile....service continually dropped calls ...no respect or consideration for loyal long time customers... management uneducated, poor English, no experience

If you have ANY thoughts of getting the HOME INTERNET SERVICE. Don’t do it. I have been on the phone with customer service almost an hour asking for my bill breakdown that cannot provide. I’ve had the service almost year. They’ve been straggling me a long month by month with “additional chargers/late fees” that have no explanation or bill breakdown. I technically do not even know when my bill is due. “PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT” is a myth with them. They treat you like a BILL PAYMENT & not a customer.

Tmobil is NOTHING BUT A SCAM. KEPT ADDING PHONE LINES AND CHARGING TO TAKE THEM OFF switched companies and they are still trying to add phones and extra charges to final bill. this happened more than 3 times DO NOT GO HERE!!

Corbin is by far the most helpful employee there ever was! I have never had better customer service than Corbin! He has helped us tremendously with setting up our business account. I could not recommend a better place to go than switching to T-Mobile and Corbin helping you! We still are not done with all we have to do to get it 100% but he has been there every step of the way!

CORBAN URBANIC..... that's all you need to know about T-Mobile customer service... This guy right here goes above and beyond all the time. I was preparing to write this review and read some of the other reviews and I was not surprised to read that in another review that he went on his day off to help an elder customer so she wouldn't be charged $300. That is the type of guy Corban is. He is dedicated to customer service. I was supposed to stop by the store and pick something up but I couldn't get there until an hour after he was off. When I walked in there he was still working with a customer. He is not just a person to get the sale and get his commission... he cares. He still continues to make sure we are still taken care of. If you go into the store ask for Corban, I promise you won't be disappointed. Best customer service I've probably ever had.

A big thank you to T-moblele for getting my phone to work again! Nice friendly service! That's service with a smile. I did not have to wait on my phone, neither did I have to wait to be seen. The store was super busy too.

Always takes forever. Need to have appointments or at least a designated person who only greets people & can complete sales for accessories (quick sales, not services or devices.)

Corban from T Mobile is amazing. My mamas internet at her house had stopped working last week. She lives way out in the country so they don’t have typical internet and she has a modem from t mobile. My daddy passed last year and he had the old modem mounted way way up high on their house in order to get better signal. There’s no way possible my mama could have gotten up there to get it down. She was supposed to return the old modem after ordering a new one or either pay a fee of $300 if she didn’t return the old one. She explained to Corban that she would be buying the new one and why. Corban asked for pictures of where the old modem was mounted on the house. What he did after that is what really sets him apart…..Corban told my mama he would be coming to HER HOUSE (which I’ll add is way out in Iva ) on his day off to get the modem down for her so that she didn’t have to pay a fee for the new one. He came yesterday and was able to successfully get the old modem down. My mama is so appreciative of his help and I am so appreciative that he helped her ! The world needs more people like Corban in it. ❤️
