Tire on my trailer. Someone was pointing where to go before I got out. When I backed to the spot they had jack under and taking wheel off before my feet hit the asphalt. New tire on and jack out maybe 15min if that. Had a screw in truck tire and asked could they plug it up. Next thing I knew they had tire off rim and patching it from the inside. Ol boy said we don't do plugs around here. I haven't seen a tire store do it like that in 20 years. Stepped inside and settled up. You can bet I'll be back.”

“Im a tow driver from Athens, GA. Came to pickup a vehicle from a repo lot ½ miles from Quality Tire. They wouldn't allow me to retrieve the car without a printed BOL. I called up Quality Tire (since he was so close) and he printed it out for me with no problem. Drove ½ mile back and got the car. Oh, and GO DAWGS‼️”

“I desperately needed a tire before a long trip last minute. It was 6:25 pm on a Friday, and everywhere was closed, and I was super stressed out. I happened to call Mena Tire and the man that answered told me they would wait for me to changed my tire. When I got there, they were so friendly and got it changed in less than 10 minutes. They charged me less than $75, and I was able to go on my trip, only because of them. I highly recommend!”

I love how they have a courtesy service that will take you to get breakfast while you want on your car. The staff is willing to explain everything in detail if you have questions or don’t quite understand something.”
