Jamie has been our realtor for 2 years. He worked so hard to help us sell our home and find another. He helped us with a very difficult move. I just don’t know where to begin with the service we have received from Jaime. Our family was in an uncommon situation, not knowing IF and WHEN our move would take place. Prior to moving to SC I’ve contacted a total of 11 realtors / home sales reps and Jaime was the only one who took us seriously. He helped us from the start, and continued to help us even at one point not knowing if he would be able to help us with what we were looking for. His heart for our family, and any concerns were always addressed promptly. He was able to guide our process as he learned our family’s priorities. It never occurred to me that a realtor could become a friend, much less an honorary big brother. But that’s exactly how Jamie is. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, knows how to make offers look irresistible to sellers in this crazy market, and he’s just a fun guy to be around. Most importantly, he helped me look outside of the box to find my perfect home and was always willing to discuss strategies, answer questions, and join in on brainstorming how to make each house (we looked at) *my home*. As this was my first experience buying, it was an immense comfort knowing that Jamie would only recommend homes that he would feel comfortable putting his own children in. I cannot recommend him enough for his wisdom and incredible dedication to his work.
