Always have issue at this branch, for even the smallest transactions such as depositing a check. They ask several questions as if they are trying to find a reason to not help you. They will also do it with a devious smile/smirk as if they are mocking you. I wish the other branches were open on Saturdays (I work 7am -7 pm every weekday) or I would never go to them.

Upstate Federal Credit Union does not have their stuff together!Thank goodness SC National Guard Federal Credit Union picked up their slack and got the loan done in less than 2 hours!

Very disappointed in this location. I tried to open a business checking. I had all of my papers dealing with my business from the state. Ask for a copy of my EIN number gave them that. They wanted me to get original copy of my EIN number. I took the same papers to another bank and opened a business checking account the same day. With no problems! I like Williamston SC branch better.

?Aweful aweful aweful CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never been to a place of business where they don't greet customers. They will go through a whole transaction process and not say one word. Im done with them! This isn't the first time its just the last time I'm dealing with them. No customer relation exists!

My review is for the Anderson location. Several times they have done things differently from other locations but this time I am reviewing. I have been with Upstate Federal Credit Union since the late 90's . Once their over night box was closed and they didn't even try to get my deposit in the bank. I was out of town and had little money. Another time my children wanted to put money in my account to surprise and they would not let them even though they had my account information. TODAY I deposited a stimulus check and they said there had to be a two day hold. I guess they don't trust the government. Then I called two other branches and they said that they didn't do hold them in their location. I feel the teller (many have been rude at that location) just didn't want to be wrong. She said that I had to wait because the check was $200 more than the previous one they put in. I need to stay away from Anderson branch of UFC.

Let start off by saying, I been with UFCU for a year now and at the beginning everything was good but towards my one year I’ve started to have issues with my account money wise. Firstly, A teller gave me the wrong account number and routing so my tax refund went into somebody else account. The IRS understood that it wasn’t my account and removed my money from the wrong account.

tellers are good but dont bother waiting for the associates. they are too busy to come out of their offices to be bothered with new customers or member services

I can't get into my bank account online nor the 24hr assistance line or the phone app. The asst. Line been down for months. Try to go online for balance with the same user name and password and still can't get in. Im glad for 1: this wasn't a emergency situation ( like since there is no one to talk after business hours and need a transfer and can't get one) and 2: i have to legs to walk in there tomorrow 3: try to make a payment online and can't (and know everybody trying to charge you a fee).I feel bad for elderly and handicapped ppl who bank there. This then second time in 4 years but never this bad. Im switching to some where else. Don't waste your time. Their teller's are nice, but whoever handles their technical and online support should be fired and replaced. Soooooo dissatisfied and disappointed.

I would give them more stars but their app is terrible. I consistently need to check my balance, however it will not take my password or user name. Its beyond annoying. I am now currently locked out of my app and the website. I know im using the right information so not sure what else could cause this. Needs to be fixed asap.

It's showing I have money on my account but can't use it Neva had this problem so as of now one star but it a great bank
